You both met working for the Empire you were a general of your own fleet and you both met during a meeting for the grand plan to take down Insomnia once and for all; you both got along pretty well so you mainly spent most of your free time with him on his journey tailing the prince around. You learned about his past and darkest secrets while spending your time with him learning of his powers as he learned many thing about you being in the same boat as him being cursed to live. Growing closer both your powers were beyond anyone could think about and no one could understand why that was until it was to late.
