Your countess got out of the room and roamed the halls she went to the kitchen and grabbed some food "this is definitely good for humans isn't it?" She made sure that there were no human parts on it not trying to disgust you
Your countess commanded a maid to get some warm water and some kind of medicine that dissolves in water she also grabbed an ice pack and she commanded a maid to bring her wine to the bedroom
You were conscious now and your mind is awoken pain is circling through your body your eyes were still puffy as hell dried tears on your face and some tear drops at the end of your eyes
You heard someone enter the room it turns out it was the maid you saw her placing your countess's wine on top of her vanity you tilted your head but you shrugged it off
You also saw the maid placing some kind of medicine on her vanity you were looking at your dress and shrugged it off suddenly the maid said "get well soon y/n" she smiled but you just stared at her and sighed
The maid was startled and just arranged things
Moments have passed and you heard clacking of heels through the halls your just too weak and didn't mind it at all

Your countess then proceeded to feed you you were starving at this point so you didn't care at all your countess then reached her wine and sipped you were chewing your food on your right cheek like a baby
Your eyes met and finally your countess saw it sparkled your countess smiled at you and you were just chewing your food in your cheeks your countess was enjoying the view of you chewing
"Hungry huh y/n?" She chuckled you were embarrassed and just looked away your countess sipped her wine again and said "don't ignore me y/n" you just smiled awkwardly and your countess returned a grin on her face
She then placed her wine again and proceeded to feed you while she was feeding you "were not done yet, I want to see your blood if there is something"
You were flustered and just nodded "speak up y/n you know I hate it when you don't speak"
You nervously said "sorry" your countess said "good girl" your countess gave you a cup of water and you drink it you were so thirsty at this point you finished it before 20 seconds "oh my your done already?" She chuckled she pinched your cheek and proceeded to make the medicine
You were confused when you saw your countess was mixing something you asked "what's that?" Your countess replied "it is your medicine" you watched your countess making the medicine while tilting your head your countess brought you the medicine while tilting your head
"Now, now y/n drink this" you consumed it but halfway there you made a face "don't be a brat now y/n it will help you better" you instantly finished it without a word
She then got a syringe and set it up you were scared and your countess said "now, I will get some blood from you and check your wounds" you then felt a cold needle going inside of your arm you gasped in pain
Finally your countess git enough blood from you she then put some cotton on your arm and she went to her desk and start to swirl your blood around you were holding the cotton to stop the bleeding
Your countess sighed in relief and said "you don't have anything on your blood dear" and walked up to you
She then inspected your whole body to check some marks on you you were flustered when she lifted up your dress she then proceeded to get closer to you and..
Your countess stroked your hair and whispered "you owe me something dear you cant get it for free you know?"
You were startled from your countess's words and your countess saw your engagement ring "I love you dear" she said to you with a soft voice you then replied "I love you too"'
You then felt someone removing your dress and it turns out your countess was changing you to your nightgown "don't think anything dear" you smirked and your countess said "aren't you a dirty one"
You giggled and your countess successfully changed your clothes you were startled when your countess removed her clothes and changed in front of you, you pretended that you saw nothing and your countess smirked at you "playing innocent are we?" You saw her eyes were glowing and you looked away you felt her intense stare at you
She then walked up to you and grabbed your chin "now don't ignore me like that, you will definitely won't walk by the next few days" you were blushing in crimson red and your countess took the last sip of her wine and laid down on the bed with you
She kissed your forehead and hugged you tightly
And you two cuddled to sleep
