Chap 41- LA Hustle Life

"This is our studio? I can see the white sands of the beach from here" Seokjin says.

We're oceanfront in Los Angeles, birthplace of West East Hip Hop and we're here to....

"Yep. We're gonna record our first full-length album here!" I say.

"This equipment isn't even available in Korea. Holly, this us the amp I wanted. Is this real?" Yoongi asks as he holds the amp in his hands, eyes sparkling.

"I'm not sure if I'm dreaming or not! How'd you rent all of this, anyway? Are we that successful? Hahaha" Hoseok's question hits a little too close to home.

"That's, um...."

I can't tell them the deal i made, especially if it turns out to be a dangerous one.

"Well.... Where there's a will there's a way! Don't worry about it. You guys should just focus on making a great album" I say.

"Okay, leave it to us! Haha" Namjoon chuckles, stretching out his long arms he perches on one of the studio chairs.

"Okay let's start-".

"Wait!"

Namjoon turns to look at me are my sudden interruption.

"We have to go somewhere first!" I motioned all of them to follow me.

"Wow. This is the famous Long Beach West Coast Hip Hop's always talking about?" Namjoon asks fascinated.

"Namjoon, work out some cool freestyle rap inspired by Long Beach" Yoongi says.

"Yo. We're here in Long Beach-" Namjoon obliges but was cut off by Taehyung.

"And I don't really like pureed soybean soup"

"Oh wow. Hip hop is just flowing out of us?" Hoseok asks amused.

"What are we doing out here, anyway?" Seokjin asks me.

"Okay, each of you should take one" I say as I hand them a paper.

"BTS's short-term Hip Hop study abroad plans. By Genius Manager. What is this?" Jungkook asks, as he read the headline.

"Before we begin our performance work, I have something special for you- a very short-term hip hop study abroad session!" I explain to them.

"Manager.... I'm touched" Jimin says.

"Hyungs. Did you see this schedule? It's separated into sections by minutes" Jungkook points to the paper as he held it out to see.

"You have a lot to see and learn! We can't waste any time. Let's go! We're already 2 minutes later!" I tried to hurry them to the next location.

"Can I use the restroom.....?" Taehyung grabbed my wrists.

I nodded.

First stop on the Itinerary: Large LA Stadium

"Wow, woow! Wooooooww!!" Jungkook let's out a couple of "wow".

"This is the stadium where all famous Hip Hop artists have performed at least once, right?" Namjoon asks remembering.

"Do you think we'll ever get to perform at a place like this before we die?" Yoongi asks scanning around the stadium, in awe.

"It's huge. You're saying this fills up with people? I imagined this place full of ARMY, and I got chills" Jimin suddenly says.

"Who knows, our 1st full-length might be a huge hit and we might perform here.... Am I overdoing it? Hehe...." Hoseok scratches his head sheepishly.
