I woke in the morning feeling so nauseous and weak. I puked a few times this morning and it was annoying "ASF" . I already knew I was pregnant but just wanted to confirm it . I took a shower and dressed up into a large tshirt , jeans and a pair of sneakers. I went down stairs and Christina was making breakfast.
" Hi Chrissy. " I said and she turned around and had a big smile on her face.
" Hi Bella how are you feeling this morning? " She asked with a smirk like she knew something I didn't.
" It's okay why are you asking so creepily?" I confusedly ask
" Come on Bella , it obvious that you are pregnant, I heard you, throwing up like no one's business. " She said and we both laughed.
" Argh you're not funny. " I gently punched her and she pretended to be hurt.
After eating our breakfast we walked to the garage and got into the car and drove off to the hospital. I am really nervous, if I am pregnant I have a whole life that I need to look after , and I am not so ready. I've always been the only child to my mother, u never had younger siblings to look after.
" You'll make an awesome mother trust me." Christina said putting her hand on to my thigh. I flinched to the thought of Matthew. " I'm sorry. "
" It's okay , I just wish I haven't went through all of that. "
" Relax , that's your past. The past that will make you a strong women Isabella, you need to calm down okay. Were almost there. " Chrissy said and switched on the radio.
We sat in silence till we reached the hospital.
I took a deep breath in before stepping out the car and getting in the building.
We told the receiptionist that we were here to see Dr Moodly ,One of the best Gynaecologist.
Last night Christina booked a spot for me to get a pregnancy test done.
" Oh she will be with you in a few minutes." The lady said.
" Okay thank you. " Christina said and we sat down the waiting room.
While waiting I was nervous and just wanted to throw up. Christina saw I was tense and put her and on my shoulder to comfort me. It kinda didn't work but I didn't want to hurt her so I calmed myself down. In a few minutes The receptionist came to tell us the Dr Moodly was expecting us.
We followed the Lady into a room, and Dr Moodly was waiting for us.
" Good Morning ladies. You must be Isabella Styles?" She asked and I nodded
" Yes that's me. " I said and smiled
" Okay so we are going to run a few test before we do a pregnancy test, we just want to make sure your body is strong enough to carry this baby , and if you're healthy enough. Is that 9kay or you just want to see if you are pregnant or not ? " She asked and smiled at me confusedly.
" Uhmm. We can run the tests." I said but wasn't sure if I actually wanted to know if I'm fit enough to carry a baby.
" Great! Please lay down in the bed." She gestures to the bed. And I laid on the bed.
A few tests where run on my health and if I had any Chronic Deseases , or any bacterial infections in my womb, or Viruses. I also had to answer questions like..
Have I smoke before?
Do I take drugs ?
Have I bummed my stomach into anything ?
I answered no to most questions , and I was told that my body is perfect to hold a baby.
" Okay Ms Styles now please take this tiny cup and pee inside it we will need your urine sample for the test. " She gave me a cup and showed me to the bathroom.
I spent at least 10 minutes trying to pee and it wasn't coming out , 8 told Dr Moodly and she said I should try again , for now the 20th time. I was getting frustrated and annoyed.
I finally peed in the cup and washed my hands , then covered the cup with tissue so that Dr Moodly doesn't touch my urine.
Dr Moodly took the urine and went to a separate room.
" What do you think it will be ?" Christina asked
" I think I am pregnant." I said with sadness on my face.
" It's okay if you don't want the child we can always have an abortion. " Christina said and Dr Moodly walked in
" Yes our patient is pregnant and not just a week, she has been pregnant for now three weeks. Aborting can be done if she doesn't want the baby . " She said and showed me the results and to my surprise I was three weeks pregnant. OMG.
" Dr is the abortion expensive?" I asked and felt Christina touch me from behind
" Well not really it's affordable, but are you sure you want to do this?" Dr Moodly asked
" I've been raped , I don't want to keep this baby, it would just be a memory of my truama." I said and looked down feeling guilty that I want to abort the child after I said I would keep it. "I really don't want any memories of Matthew to drag me down, I wanna be trying to be strong and get over him."
" You can still be strong by keeping the baby and proving that you're strong by not giving up on a child" Christina said and gave me a hug..
" Yes you should give this child a chance in life. There's always orphanages that will accept the baby and love it the way you couldn't." Dr Moodly said and I remember my mother , a women who gave me a chance to live because she loved me in her worst times when my dad got her pregnant and ran off with another woman.
" I'll keep the baby and raise it as I should" I said and made both Dr Moodly and Christina happy.
We left the hospital and got home , Christina already told Blanche, Kylie and James. They came over and we had a toast to it. I was still nervous about having the baby, what it i don't become the best mother, or what if he / she doesn't love me.
" Hey guys now I need to get a job to be able to support my baby financially. " I said and looked at Christina hoping she will have a great job that I can do in her office.
" Oh no that's not a good idea you need proper rest, so that when the baby comes you can go up and down." Christina said and we all laughed at how much nonsense she just said.
" I think Isabella is right she needs to support her baby financially so she would need a job. What are you good at Bella ?" Kylie asked
" Uhm I'm the best PA to ask for. I've worked for two companies in my whole career and I think I've fun a great job. Here my CV. " I said and tht all laughed.
" This isn't an interview I was just asking." Kylie said brushing off his laugh.
" I know , I just like answering like that ." I looked away.
" I might have a company that is in need of a new PA because the one was fired for making a wrong cup of coffee. " James said and I nodded
" Well can I go for the interview tomorrow? " I asked and James nodded.
We spent the rest of the night talking about the child's name. All of their names were wack.
Donald, James , Kyle, Luke if it's a boy , Cassandra, Debra , Samantha, Josselyn if it's a girl,
" No , no my word those names are all wack. If it's a boy his name will be Dylan , and if it's a girl her name will be Emily. " I said and they all agreed.
I felt a little sleepy so I said goodbye to everyone and went to sleep.
