Magic Circuits: To Zelretch surprises, Shirou has a thousand living magic circuits of the highest quality. Because of this The Association tried to put a sealing designation to Shirou, but was stopped by an angry Zelretch

Combat: Shirou is very experience in combat, since Zelretch has been sending Shirou to fight many beings, he even killed Nero Chaos Of The Dead Apostle Ancestors ranked 10, when he was 10 years old
Archery: Shirou is a very good archer, he could hit any target in 20 square kilometers, be if his target is moving or hiding, he could always hit them in the head of other parts of the body
Magecraft: Shirou's Magecraft or the Magecraft that he specialize in is Projection, much to the association(except a few) disappointment and chagrin. His projection's is very powerful, being able to stay in the real world for indefinite number of time, with this he is able to project many things, that could last for all eternity. But the thing that surprised Shirou, is that the quality of his projections is the same quality as the original
First Magic - Denial of Nothingness: Shirou is able to use First Magic at the age of 12. What the First Magic those, is to create anything out of nothing. Because of this, Shirou with enough Knowledge could technically create anything. But unlike his projection magecraft, it isn't instantaneous, it still needs time to create new objects, but when an object is created, the user could instantly create it, since they already created the blueprints. When Shirou, creates a new creation, he will use Thought Acceleration, to speed up the process of creation
