I'll let you know where it starts- it lasts till the end of the chapter!!!

I rang the doorbell for it to be opened by the European boy. I didn't have anything to say to him, but he left without a word anyway.

I walked up the stairs of Kageyama's home and made my way to his room. It was awfully quiet. Pausing at the door, I knocked lightly.

Soon after, I was met by Kageyama who wore a sad expression on his face, yet, he greeted me in a cheerful tone.

"Are you good?" I asked sincerely.
"Yeah I'm good, how are you?" he asked, there was a slight tremble laced within his breathing that I noticed, opposing his statement.

"You don't seem good... you seem kind of sad?" I blinked.
"I'm good. Javier and I just had a little argument... but it's- it's okay, it's fine." he assured, unconvincingly.
"An argument? Do you wanna talk about it?" I asked.
"No! I mean, it's not important." he sighed.
"Okay. If you're sure." I nodded, sitting on the edge of the setter's bed.

I watched as Kageyama laid flat on his bed, chest heaving silently. He looked so distressed. I wonder what they argued about.

A few minutes later, his phone began to ring. The way his eyes slightly lit up suggested it was a friend, maybe even his boyfriend who had probably called in order to apologise for the argument.
However, only short dialogue was spoken and Kageyama's phone was to his ear, so I couldn't hear the other party, yet I knew it was Javier as Kageyama answered with a, "Javi?"

After a few moments of what I assumed Javier to have been speaking for, Kageyama said, "What are you saying?" with a frown on his face as he sat up.

"I can tell you about the scars if this is why you're saying all of this right now. Is that why?" he asked.
The scars? Those scars?

"No, that's not fair. You can't do that." he spoke soon after. I could see his eyes getting watery whilst the voice on the other side of the phone increased in volume- probably shouting something.

"I'm sorry, we can fix this, I'll become better okay? Javi please." I heard Kageyama plead.

I looked away, feeling quite invasive. Despite not hearing what Javier was saying, Kageyama's words and expression said it all.

After a few moments, I heard the call end. Kageyama got up and went into his bathroom, the lock clicked. I could hear his quiet sobs from where I sat but felt frozen in place.

Move your ass Kei.

I finally got up and knocked gently on the bathroom door. "King?" I called.
No response.
"We don't need to talk about whatever that was but... just know I'm here for you." I said before hearing the lock click yet again, so I assumed it was okay to enter.
"I'm opening to door now..." I spoke, pressing down on the handle slowly before opening the door fully.

Kageyama was sat next to the door with his knees pulled up to his chin and his head on his knees as he rocked slowly. He didn't seem to be crying anymore, but he was obviously upset.
His breathing was ragged and too fast for his own good, considering he was probably getting no ventilation in the way he was sitting.

"Hey, it's okay." I told him, immediately kneeling in front of him as I thought of what else to say.
"You need to put your head up, you need air." I added.

After a long second, Kageyama unwillingly pulled his head up. The tears on his face were now evident, and his expression was full of pained sadness.
