Sarada pov: It was morning and everyone had already woken up and freshened up, except me and bolt we were still laying down all our friends thanked us, and left to be with their familes except for hima since the uzumaki and uchiha family usually spent Christmas together and opening gifts. Sayuri had woken up so hima decided to feed her, bolt decided he wanted to keep sleeping so he went upstairs to my room. I got up snd cleaned up the den area and the living room and decided to get dressed for the day. I had a new jacket and jeans with matching boots, after hima fed Sayuri i got her dressed, and hima put on her new clothes. We took some pictures and posted them. A hour passed and bolt was still sleeping, i went upstairs to my room to wake him up. Hey bolt, wake up it's already 11:00 our parents will be here soon, i said sitting next to him on the edge of the bed. " ahh princess a few more minutes I'm exhausted" he said mumbling. Why are you so tired we fell asleep at the same time?, i asked. " oh the truth is after you girls fell asleep us guys went to the living room and played the ps5 for a few more hours then snuck back under you guys" he said rubbing his eyes. Ahhhh so thats why you're so tired, its your own fault ! I said teasing him. " ahh don't tease me we just wanted to play a little longer, but time passed us by" he said. " but im up, i feel more refreshed" he said. Yeah yeah get dressed. I said walking towards my door. " oh and princess you look good :)" he said winking at me. I blushed and walked out. " Saradaaaa where is my big brother?" Hima said. He's getting up, turns out him and the boys stayed up and played the game almost all night, i replied. " those boys can't resist themselves" hima said. I giggled and sat down next to her. " so Sarada, what was your reaction when you found out you were pregnant?" She asked me. It was odd she asked that because why now? But i went ahead and answered her. Well when i found out i was very sick, so it still took a moment for me to fathom, but i was shocked because me and boruto had been trying to be careful since i had a scare before, i said answering her question. " oh okay" she said. Why do you ask? I asked curiously. " its just, I have baby fever bad, its horrible but jin doesn't want kids right now, he's focused on his basketball and scholarship and i support it and understand but how i feel right now is i want a baby" she said. Well hima I'll be completely honest, you're not ready for a baby. I said. " but you had one and i watch Sayuri very good" she said. Listen himawari, I understand how it may feel, but listen you have to be physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared to have a baby, inojin has priorities and his priorities are set on his future and I understand how you feel with the baby fever and all but you have a great future ahead of you, plus you're 16 in school and have two more years, me and bolt are seniors now and we have alot of wiggle room with our kid and plus we do school at home which might not be a option for you, and you'll definitely have to balance school and being a parent you have to be patient and wait, plus you always have Sayuri, i said. " you sound just like my brother, but I completely understand it's just how i feel" she said. I looked at hima and saw how she strongly felt. Okay hima talk to your mom about it then. I said " what? Mom? She'll yell at me you should've seen how she yelled when she found pregnancy test in the Amazon cart that's the reason im back home now" she said. Before i could respond bolt walked downstairs, sayuri had crawled to the stairway to greet him. " Hey daddy's girl" bolt said picking her up. I heard a few knocks and knew it was our parents. Mama and papa walked in and so did naruto and hinata with gifts. So mama, no little siblings? I asked playfully. " oh Sarada stop it! Are you guys ready to open gifts" she said . We all walked to the den which had our second tree with all the gifts. We sat down and passed gifts to one another. Sayuri had a vast majority of gifts of course my papa even bought her a small pink car which she probably couldn't play with until she was atleast walking or until she turned 1 but it was still cute. Naruto and my dad spoiled her rotten already. Time passed and mama and hinata made a Christmas feast for our family. I put Sayuri's bib on and put a plate of soft food infront of her, i knew she would get messy but I genuinely was just as hungry myself so i just accepted it. " so boruto and sarada" aunt hinata said to us as we stuffed our faces. " uhh yeah what is it mom?" Bolt asked after swallowing his food. " how was the sleepover last night? Did you kids enjoy one another's company?" She asked. " umm yeah it was great everyone enjoyed secret santa, and loved their gifts and umm.. oh yeah! Hima and inojin won the couples gingerbread house contest" he said happily. I started to drink from my cup, then aunt hinata asked. " thats good, so no new grand babies". I literally choked on the drink as the question hit my ears it caught me off guard. " huh??? New grandchild?? No! Sarada and I haven't even ya know" bolt said nervously even though we did a few days ago. " hmm interesting" hinata said. It seemed she was suspicious of us, but its not like they don't know we still do it, i mean we are engaged, it was just weird she was implying that. " so himawari how are you and inojin doing, i know there was rough patch last year" mama asked. All the eyes in the room shifted to hima, with her recent concerns i was wondering what she would say. " me and jin? We're fine, we're happy" she said unsurely . " himawari" naruto said with a straight face. I looked at him and was wondering what he would say. " ye-yes dad?" Hima said nervously. " inojin had come to me recently about something thats troubling you, would you like to share?" Naruto asked her, i looked at hima and saw the nervousness all over her face, and knew what this was about. " huh? Nothing is troubling me dad" hima said as she started to eat again. " whats going on" hinata said. " well dear" naruto said leaning towards hinata's ear whispering. " SHE WHAT" hinata said screaming. Sayuri jumped and started to whine. I'll take her up and clean her, i said to everyone getting up. Bolt come with me. We both got up and walked towards the stairs but stayed close enough to hear the conversation. " himawari...... why are you trying to get pregnant with inojin" i heard hinata ask. " i was at first now I understand that im not ready seriously, i just had a huge case of baby fever, seeing Sarada and boruto's baby made me want to have one too, but i know I can't right now, and also with school and everything I've already apologized to inojin and i would never hurt his future like that" i heard himawari say. I walked upstairs with bolt and changed Sayuri. About 15 minutes passed and Sayuri had fallen asleep and was laying on top of bolt as they sat on the couch, himawari was playing her switch, my dad and naruto where in his office talking as i sat with mom and hinata. " Sarada so how's being a mom?" Hinata asked me. Well it's been good! I love my little girl, and its been a smooth journey especially having bolt with me he's really a huge help when i need him, i said smiling and blushing. " thats so cute, i always knew you two would be together, your chemistry was always so good" she said. I blushed as she said that. " i never would have thought boruto would be such a good dad, look at him he loves that little girl with all his heart, when you had her and when he had finally came home from being with you two for a minute he talked only about her until she was able to visit our home as well, it was adorable" she said smiling while looking at boruto. Well yeah only thing is i wish i could be back at school, like online is good but i miss being around everyone and even cheerleading, i said looking down. " well sweetheart you can always go back, Sayuri can be with hinata Monday-Thursday and you guys can always come home Friday after school and Saturday and Sunday" mama said. Yeah true but I'll only be seeing her for 2 and half days, we graduate in a few months, so it'll be okay, but you know she switches between me and bol- i mean boruto anyways, i said to them. As we talked i slowly found my way out of the conversation and was scrolling through some old pictures and came across the one with me and bolts family 3 months after Sayuri was born and of course she was pulling my hair, I giggled and blushed looking at the picture.

I was extremely exhausted the first few months, not because she was a crying baby or anything but her sleep schedule was horrible, times she went to sleep were the times i was up and the times i would normally go to sleep will be times she woke up, but she eventually caught my sleep schedule which is good. " hey princess I'm taking her upstairs" bolt said. I nodded and looked back down at my phone. Boruto pov: I walked Sayuri upstairs to her crib to lay her down, and as i walked i felt my phone bling from text messages. It was the guys asking if i wanted to go to the Christmas festival with them and the girls, I didn't reply right away because i wanted to ask Sarada first. I walked downstairs and to Sarada. Hey princess wanna go out tonight, i asked. " like a date or something?" She asked. Well it'll be with our friends so it'll be a big date, i asked. " sure I'll have to ask someone to watch Sayuri" she said. " no worries, hinata, naruto , and himawari are staying over tonight, so me and hinata can take care of her as you three go out" Sakura said. " well okay thanks you guys, so what time bolt?" Sarada said. Well shikadai said 7pm since their doing a Christmas lights theme park, so we can walk through and everything, i said. " well we're already dressed just let me know when you're ready" she said. Time skip to 7pm We all met up at senju park, memories flooded in from when i proposed to Sarada and when we found out the gender of our baby, I squeezed Sarada's hand gently and gave her a kiss on her forehead. " awww whats up bolt?" She said. Oh nothing i just love you, i said blushing. " i love you too" she said blushing. All of us guys held our girls hands and walked through the festival until we made it to the lights. Mitsuki and chocho stopped at every food stall, even though chocho was way slimmer her appetite was still the same, and i know Mitsuki's wallet was crying for help. Shikadai and yodo were hip to hip and inojin and himawari trailed us. I heard a little of their conversation. As they talked behind me, it seemed things weren't going good.
" are you upset hima?" Jin asked. " I'm just frustrated, we handled the whole baby thing why go and tell my dad?" She said. " listen it felt like even after we had the conversation you did the same things still, so i talked to someone who i knew would pull you aside and actually get to you, I simply don't want kids right now, i have dreams and goals set in place, we both know you and i are not ready we're at two different places in our lives to where we can't simply manage a kid hima, im sorry" jin said . " i know i know everybody keeps handing me the same lectures like I don't understand okay, why does this same conversation end the same way, okay I'm not ready, i have to focus on priorities, I'm only 16, i fucking get it damn, just don't bring my dad, mom, even my brother into our relationship at all" she said before storming off leaving inojin standing alone. "hima where are you going? I thought you were riding home with me?" Jin said. "I'm walking home" she said walking away. Hey bro walk with her. Don't let her walk home alone, i said to jin. Inojin ran after her and walked home with her. Me and the others continued through the festival and made it to the lights. Inojin pov: I caught up to himawari and stopped her by a nearby bench. Come on hima sit down with me lets talk okay. We both sat down as i saw tears in her eyes. Listen hima, its not like im saying I'll never have kids or want kids with you, I'm simply not ready baby, i said to her. " i understand but seeing my brother" she said crying. Listen we don't have to be like boruto and sarada, i want us to be jin and hima, i want our kid to be happy one day, and not upset that daddy is away while the mommy is home alone with them all the time, i want to have a career to provide for our kid, boruto and sarada well yours too, but their parents are rich and wealthy they have money for a kid like their allowances and all plus their own bank accounts , not saying you don't or that my parents aren't financially stable but i want to hustle and provide for my kid as well and not just depend on you or my parents, listen I love you hima just please wait for me, i said. " okay jin i love you too and I'll wait please let this be our last conversation about this" she said. I hugged her and said for sure. So lets get back to the festival and lights. Narrator pov Himawari and inojin eventually caught up with everyone and everyone enjoyed the festival, once everyone got to the lights, they all shared a kiss with their boyfriend/ girlfriend and went home happy afterwards. The drive home was peaceful and Christmas day was a success
