Ch. 2

He brought his hand above the table to shake my hand.

"Alana. Alana Davis." I shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you, Alana." He smirked. His lips were a shade of red you'd think a boy wouldn't have.

"So do you live around here?" He asked.

I nodded. "How about you?"

"I live in LA/Hollywood." He chuckled.

We talked and talked until we received our drinks.

"I liked talking to you. Maybe one day we can hang out?"

My heart beated so fast and I can tell I was red.

"Oh yeah sure totally." What did i even say?!

I gave him my number and he said he'd contact me. Soon.

I got in my car and drove away while he smiled at me and waved. I laughed. He's utterly adorable.

My mom was oh so mad when I got home.

"Alana! I have to be at work in 10 minutes! Give me my coffee please!"

She grabbed the coffee and saw the name.

"Lucky? Is that the guy who made that stain on your shirt?"

I nodded.

"He has an odd name." She laughed before kissing my forehead and making her way out.

I grabbed my phone planning to go on all social media.

And I see a text. From Lucky.

Hey Alana :) Just making sure it's the right number and that you didn't give me a Chinese restaurants number

I replied:

Hey! :) No I totally gave you the right number. You're officially texting Alana Davis.

Lucky:

Alana Davis. The cute girl I bumped into and soaked her in hot coffee. Im so sorry still.

Me:

Whats it going to take to make you stop apologizing? Its seriously okay :)

Lucky:

How about dinner tomorrow night? Meet me at Moonshadows at 5pm. :)

Me:

Okay :)

And with that I have a date with Lucky Blue Smith.

And then I realized my schedule for today. Online school til 2pm and then having lunch with Ava.

Ava is my bestfriend. She's a model. And she brings my self esteem down so so so low.

2pm.

Ava and I were having lunch in front of my house. Basically on the beach.

"So.. I met this guy today." I looked over at her and smiled. She had wide eyes and jaw opened.

"You what?! Oh my god tell me all about him! Come on! I need details!"

I told her what happened and how we have a date tomorrow.

"Moonshadows?! What are you going to wear?!"

"Obviously clothes Ava." I joked. She looked at me with a deadly look. "Alana. Is this boy cute?" I nodded. "Then you have to wear something cute. Cmon lets go to your room and see what you got."

We headed upstairs to my room. She rumbled through my closet searching for the right dress.

"Found it!" She yells squealing. "This is perfect!" She picked this dress my dad bought me that I never wore ever and was in the way back of my closet. It was a cute semi floral tropical print dress you can say "skater dress" style but it was sleeveless and it had a open back.

I was so excited for the date. I felt like I could talk to him for so long and on and on. But I don't want him to think i'm annoying.

I really like him. A lot. Usually I'm not like this. But there is something about this bleached hair - odd named - blue eyed boy I like so much.

So yeah this is a really short chapter but the next chapter is the date! And something dramatic will come soon for those who love some spice to stories. I know I'm a sucky writer but I love Lucky and feels take over and imagination gets wild and I have to jot them down and write. :) Oh! Btw there's a picture of Alana. The girls name is Maggie Todd and I love her so much! So yeah :) I think i'll be attaching pictures of the characters until im done w all the characters. So far I've only got a couple in mind but yeah. But til then. Lucky and Maggie (Alana) pictures xx
