kang haneul
a few days after soobin's seventh birthday, i needed to head to the student councils office after sending soobin to his classroom. we both attended the same school because they offered all grade levels.
i greet the teachers that passed by me, and entered the office. with my friend, juniper or june, already doing her makeup beside my seat.
"so,"
june starts but still doing her makeup. while i was confused, taking my seat and moving her makeup to her table.
"so, what?"
she gave me an 'are you serious, right now?' look. she sighs, and puts down her mirror. she faced me, while chewing on her bubble gum.
"i thought you were going to confess?" she whispers.
'oh.'
i had a blank face on, and june just shook her head, disapprovingly.
"you forgot?!"
"y-yeah..." i gulped, not looking at her sharp eyes.
"kang haneul! how long are you going to keep these feelings to yourself?" she cries, hitting my knee.
good thing, it was only the two of us present. wouldn't want anyone to know, right?
"until i enter my grave!" i remarked, shuffling through the neat pile of papers on my table.
