"remind me why're we doing this?" i breathe out, slightly shivering from the cold that surrounded us.

"because you're my big sister!" the little boy exclaimed, jumping up and down, skipping away towards the convenience store near our house.

"soobin, be careful!" i followed after him, entering the brightly lit-up store.

taking a seat inside, i wait for soobin, my baby brother, to go to the cashier with food overflowing the basket.

i lean on the chair, hugging myself to produce more heat that i much needed.

"noona!"

soobin appears on my side, dragging a basket that was filled with too many junk food, mostly candies.

"aigoo, you're going to get cavities with this much candy, soobin." i warned him, taking out my wallet from my pocket.

"i always brush my teeth, noona!" he cheekily says, his gummy smile on his face.

"alright, alright." i smiled, crouching down and ruffling his hair.

i stood up and paid for the food that he got, and we walked back home, with soobin holding my hand.
