Personality: Skelly is mostly cold hearted, but opens up when he hears a good pun or joke. He keeps his cool most of the time, and almost never gets angry.

Bone Manipulation: Skelly can control and summon bones, as well as odd things called Gaster Blasters.

Karmic Retribution: If Skelly touches someone, they feel a varying amount of pain depending on how many sins they have committed, and how bad those sins are.
