Sapnap couldn't sleep that night, something felt wrong.

he looked over to karl who was fast asleep; snoring gently. Sapnap was sat at his pc, it wasn't on he just couldn't bare to lay down any longer.

Karl began mumbling in his sleep

"mhm alex"

sapnaps ears perked, his eyes stay focused on karl. Hoping he'd heard wrong

"alex this isn't right" karl mumbled, "baby" he continued.

sapnap stood, his eyes diverted to karls phone, he knew it was wrong to snoop.

He decided against it, leaving the room. He didn't want to hear anymore, those 7 words were enough to hurt his heart.

Sapnap grabbed a beer from the fridge and sat on the sofa, he cracked it open and took a sip. He put his head back and stared at the ceiling

it's just a dream
there's no way karls cheating again
it's probably nothing

He switched spotify on and began playing i'm not the only one by sam smith, music always helped him think

Karl had been acting rather suspicious lately, he'd been going out for spontaneous walks more, sapnap trusted him so he didn't question it. was he wrong to question him

he took another swig

he heard a door open and turned his head, karl sleepily stood in the doorway

"baby, why aren't you in bed?"

sapnap didn't answer, he just took another swig, karl now stood in front of him and snatched the bottle away

"are you drinking- it's like three am- and sam smith really? what's the matter with you" karl sighed throwing the bottle in the bin

"are you seeing alex again?" sapnap looked up meeting his eye
"no! god no, why would you think that!"
"you were sleep talking"
"oh baby, that means nothing" he reached out to touch sapnap, but sapnap moved away

"you're lying"
"sap, i'm being serious!"

Sapnap sighed and rubbed his face, maybe he was just tired and heard wrong
he opened his arms and karl fell into them holding him tight.

Sapnap was hesitant to hug back, yet eventually gave in.

"you stink of alcohol"
"i had one beer karl, youre dramatic"
"please shower"

"shower in the morning then"
"fine" sapnap stood and walked to their room with karl following closely behind, they got into bed. Karl cuddled up to sapnap and soon fell asleep, sapnap however struggled greatly to get rest.

"fine what" he wiped his eyes and looked to his boyfriend sitting up

george did a little bow
"watxh what i can do" george smiled

he walked through the wall like it was nothing

george poked his head through the wall

george walked back through and tackled dream into a hug

"i love you too but george holy fuck- i didn't even think that was possible"

Sapnap still wasn't asleep, karl however was firmly rested against him, he heard a phone buzz and shifted picking up what he thought was his phone, instead it was karls

Sapnap shifted karl and stood up, he grabbed a hoodie and put it on, he put some sweats on and then his shoes.

he wrote a note

he left the house, slamming the door as the cold hit his face.

and he walked, as the rain fell he walked
