Chapter 7: Revali's Friend

"Revali, what's going on?" You asked as Revali dragged you to his room. He refused to answer. "Reva-"

"Look, I can't exactly say, b-because, you see-"

"So it IS her." Eagle was standing at the door alone. No Orville or Parro. "I had a feeling it was the princess."

"H-How?!" Revali snapped, and you tilted your head at the black and white rito.

"I saw this when I was here the other day." He held up a golden necklace with the triforce fading into blue, and you recognized it immediately.

"Why did you take that?!" Revali walked over and basically snatched it from him. Eagle just shrugged.

"Either way, I'll leave you two be. I have to go to training with Orville. Later!" He left, and Revali walked back over to you.

"I'm sorry, _____. I noticed you had left it here, and I had it there so I could give it back to you." He handed the necklace to you and you smiled.

"Thank you. I was wondering where this was." You went to put it back on, but couldn't figure out where to clip the back.

"Do you need help?" Revali asked as you struggled a bit. You nodded and he walked behind you to help you. He managed to get it together, even with wings. "There you go."

"Thank you." You turned around again and smiled more. "How do I look?"

"Y-Your neck or all of you...? B-Because they both look great!" He gave you a thumbs up and you giggled, noticing his feathers a bit more red.

"Are you blushing?" You asked, reaching up to oet his feathers a bit.

"N-No! I'm not!" He huffed and you just kept giggling.

"Sure." You pulled your bow out of your bag and then your quiver, throwing it over your back. "So, are we gonna head over to the flight range?" Revali gave you a strange look and you frowned a bit. "What?"

"Well last time we trained, you were in... something that seemed more movable."

"Are you suggesting I can't do archery like this?" You put a hand on your hip and he quickly shook his head.

"No! I was just wondering, is all. You do what's comfortable for you."

"Great! Let's go then!"

"So your sure you can do this like that?" Revali asked as you readied your bow and got out your paraglider.

"Absolutely!" You started running off the ledge and then jumped, aiming right at one of the targets before shooting three bomb arrows, all of which hit the targets surrounding. Revali took this chance to join you, and was careful not to run into you. "Hey! Look!" You pointed out towards a large ice talus, and Revali sighed and aimed towards it before shooting it- defeating it in one hit.

"Woah!" You gasped, smiling as Revali made a gust of wind to get you back up to the platform. "That was so cool!" Revali just laughed and brushed it off, all while you were busy asking about his techniques and such.
