Shuichi arrived at the entertainment room where he found kaito, Sakura, asahina and kokichi
"HAHA! SUCK IT MOMOTA!" Shuichi flinched at the loud volume when kokichi yelled. He was raising his first up in victory, next to him was a defeated looking kaito; both infront of the checkers board "congratulations ouma" Sakura sighed with a smile "yup yup! You are so good! So smart! Good luck next time Momota" aoi cheered "thanks Sakura-oneesan! You too Aoi-chan" kokichi beamed happily, to wich shuichi couldn't help but smile at.
"Ah prince saihara good afternoon" sakura was the first to detect shuichi "s-sakura-san hello" shuichi waved "Prince! I left you some donuts in your room! Your favourite too; blueberry frosting~" aoi drooled. By now as you could probably tell, shuichi was on good terms with everyone. Being the humble kind prince he is, he was anything but stuck up and full of himself as his parents were; he didn't think of any staff as peasants or the village people as any less important than him so he was very well liked by everyone.
"Thanks aoi-san" shuichi chukled "shumai!" Kokichi ran up to his best friend and hugged him tight. Whithout letting go kokichi looked up at shuichi and giggled at his red face "shu-chan! I beat momota-chan in checkers! Im so smart! aren't you proud!" Shuichi chuckled and hugged back his friend "i w-was looking for you koki" shuichi mumbled looking into the small boys eyes before he let go "hm? What for?" He tilted his head "w-well the ball is next week i need y-your help for preparation" shuichi explained
"OO OO!! I know! The prince need a new fancy suit! And other things no? You also need to practice dance with a partner! Thats gonna be annoying to decide" aoi chimed in "indeed picking a practice partner is a hastle" Sakura agreed "what needs to happen?" Kokichi questioned "the prince is of course very popular! The king a queen set out a proposal for any village girl to become his dance parter. Aparently it boosts popularity or something? Prince shuichi has to sit on his throne and go through hundreds of girls picking out a decent one" kaito explained
"Dont make it sound so distasteful..i-it is of course but i do my best to n-not hurt anyone's feelings" shuichi nervously added "wow! What a pity it must be being such a hot prince every girl in the kingdom wants to dance with him nishishi~" shuichi flushed red "s-shush kokichi...come on we need to get going there is much to do" "mkay! Bye Sakura-oneesan bye aoi-chan bye momota-chan!" Ouma waved at everyone in the room before following suit of the prince
"So what to do first?" Kokichi smiled walking with his hands behind his head " suit fitting.."
