You know those scenes from action movies or sci-fi series where the main character is preparing for the battle in a slow motion. First they put on their jacket over their fighting uniform or a simple t-shirt and jeans or whatever pants they're wearing. Then they fix their boots or shoes and pull them more up. After their footwear, they also fix their hair and accessories. They either have a ponytail or they let their hair down, I don't know how they fight in the last option. And lastly they check if their weapon is in place.
And just like them, I wore my fighting suit and put over my jacket in case it'll get cold. I put on the shoes and gloves I got from Taehyung and put my hand around my neck, to feel Jimin's necklace is still in place. I tightened the hair band on my high ponytail and smoothed out my hair and a shirt. And of course, last but not least, I checked my waistband to feel two identical daggers, Moonlight Blades, with my fingers, each on one of my sides.
I took a deep breath and looked at myself in the mirror that stood in the training room. The audacity you have to check yourself out before the life-or-death fight.

I sighed yet again and went out of the room where I was met with chaos. Soldiers were running around, blacksmiths were working harder for the last-minute weapons and generals were making plans. I caught a sight of Suho, Jimin, Jungkook and Taehyung talking with some other generals at a big wooden table and in between them were also Yoongi and Jin. And surprisingly there was also The King.
