Today's the day.

Today's the "back to school dance."

And I'm going with my love, William Byers.

I cant wait for today. It's my first school dance, and there's no one I'd rather go with. The only thing is.... tomorrow is the day Will, Joyce, Jonathan and El move away...

The day I've been dreading ever since I found out.

Ever since Will told me, we've been spending every single second of everyday together. We can't get enough of each other, I love him so much.

Even though Will's not going to Hawkins anymore, the principal is still letting him attend the dance. But this isn't any back to school dance.. it's our first high school dance.

Yep, that's right. The party is going into high school!!

Currently, me and Max are getting ready for the dance. Susan is doing Max's hair as I put my dress on.

This dress makes me feel like a princess. It makes me feel so special, and even more special that I get to go with Will.

My dress is dark red with white polka dots. It's not short, but it's not long. It's medium lengthened. There's also a little v-neck, showing off my chest.

Next, Susan does my hair. She takes a curling iron and makes long, curls with my medium length dark brown hair. It looks...

Beautiful.

Then, Max does my makeup. She blends light red and dark red eyeshadow and puts it on my eyelids. She also adds a little bit of sparkle. She claims they make my eyes "pop."
