After 10 hours of agony, Izuku laid passed out in bed and Katsuki was cradling their new born baby.
At this point, Inko and Miruko had left and although Mitsuki and Masaru didn't want to leave, Katsuki forced them too.
The new father smiled down at the small bundle in his arms, Akiro looked up at him with innocent eyes.
" so small... Hello.."
Akiro smiled and cooed quietly while clapping his small hands.
Katsuki's heart clenched as he played with his small puffy cheeks," You're so damn cute... Chibi.."
Izuku, Half asleep and still recovering muttered at him," language Kacchan..."
Katsuki smiled and kissed Izuku's head," alright baby, my bad. You keep resting, okay?"
Izuku nodded and went back to sleep. Katsuki stood up and left the room holding Akiro close to him.
He smiled softly as he walked around the entire hospital cradling the baby.
Thats when he noticed a dark figure stood quietly in the corner of the hospital room..
