Chapter 22

"She has an eye inside your restaurant. I'm afraid she also has some in our company and the house." Mom looks so bothered.

"That's why we need to be cautious. " I told them. "This is the only place that is safe for us to make some plans."

"How does this place become safe?" Yuan asked me.

"Dark and I are the only people who know this place," I said. "Well I am the one who found this place but I share this with him."

"Gusto ko mang asar pero seryoso ang sitwasyon natin ngayon." Yuan said seriously.

"Every once a week we will meet here. Walang driver at walang butler. Always be observant baka may sumusunod sa inyo on your way here." Dark looks angry.

"Dark, I know what you're thinking. Don't blame yourself." I smiled at him.

"So what's our plan now?" Mom asked dad.

"As of now tita, we don't have any plan yet. We can't move. We only knew one traitor in our field." Malalim na nag buntong hininga si Dark. "Once we knew all of them, we'll move."

"You're right. We better move slowly as of now." Sangayon ni dad. "Anong plano mo sa staff mo ngayon Altaira?"

"I won't fire her." Gulat na lumingon sa akin si Yuan. "Kapag pinaalis ko siya may posibilidad na mag karon ng ideya sila Porsia na alam na natin ang ginagawa nila."

"Yeah. Mag iingat ka na lang. Mamaya kapag hinatid kita doon kunin mo ang lahat ng importanteng files mo at iuwi na lang sa bahay." Dark instruct me.

"Why?" I asked him.

"Mag papagawa tayo ng files na taliwas sa files na iuuwi mo. Gilda is for sure will enter your office to find something that can be used against us. If we plant some wrong information in your office at ginalaw niya yun, magiging mali na din ang plano nila." Dark explained.

"I can just simply place it in one of our tables kapag closing and act as If I forget it." Angal ko. "May CCTV sa tapat ng pinto ng office Makikita siya bago pa man makapasok."

"What if she breaks it?" Dark asked me. Ibinuka ko ang bibig ko para mag salita but no words came out of my mouth. "See? That why we need this plan. Mag lalagay din tayo ng spy camera sa loob."

"Oh ayon naman pala eh. Ano pang purpose ng pag papalit ko ng files kung may spy camera naman pala?" 

"That is to make sure na pinakealam niya talaga ang gamit mo. If she did go through your files we can now come up with a plan." Unti unit kong naintindihan ang plano niya. 

Tumango ako. "Ok, I'll do it."

"Bukas ng umaga ibibigay ko sayo ang mga ipapalit mo. Pupunta din ako doon sa tanghali para iayos ang mga camera." Dagdag pa niya.

"Alright." Sangayon ko. Isang oras pa ang itinagal namin sa treehouse bago mag pasyang umalis at bumalik sa kani-kanilang trabaho. They drive me back to the restaurant.

"Mom, dad, una na po ako." Paalam ko bago buksan ang pinto ng passenger seat. 

Dark holds my wrist to stop me from going out. "Remember Mon ange, trust no one." 

Tumango ako and he let go of me. I smiled at him before closing the door and wave them my goodbye. Pagtalikod ko I saw Carmela waiting for me in our usual seat. Pumasok ako sa loob at nilapitan siya.

"Kanina ka pa ba?" I asked her. Bago tawagin si Jen para magpakuha ng milkshake. "Where are the other girls?"

"Ah kadadating lang din. May usapan sa groupchat na susugudin ka namin dito para sa libreng pagkain eh." Tumawa siya. "Di mo ba nabasa?"
