The servant's room was not as furnished nor as clean as the Queen's chamber at the palace, yet it was not too bad. There was a small cabinet for clothes next to a comfortable table situtated at the far left wall of the room. The bed sheets along with some garments were folded and placed into the cabinet at the other end of the room.

"It's not much, but it should feel better than being trapped with that king" Jimin mumbled as he leaned against the door frame. He seemed a little suspicious, but it was probably just because of the way he was dressed. From what I heard from Gauard Kim, gisaeng houses usually held a lot of secrets. He had once told me that some assasins were hiding there and some even worked for the King.

The king loved me, but kept me fairly hidden from all his men except for a select few so I didn't have to worry about him finding out I was hiding in the gisaeng house.

"It might take you a bit to get used to working here, but if you work with that kid Jungkook-" Jimin was cut off as a pair of arms pushed him forward into my room. I was able to dodge just in time as Jimin tumbled to the ground.

"Who are you calling a kid? Huh? I could literally step on you!" Jungkook scoffed as he entered with the fisherman Jin. Jin seemed to be annoyed with all that was going, but I couldn't help but chuckle at their reactions. Living with the king, none of the servants ever acted out their emotions. They were always so stiff and afraid that if they made me feel bad in anyway they would have been killed without even a second thought.

"What's so funny!?" Jin grunted as he crossed his arms across his chest.

"You were probably locked up most of the time right? So all the people you met were probably stiff guards or scared servants" Jimin let out a pained sigh as he stood up and dusted himself off.

I nodded my head in agreement even though I never truly heard of the king having any lover locked up. I knew the ministers all wanted the king to have consorts in case I was unable to conceive, but that issue was never brought up again after the king had beheaded the first man that brought it up.

"Since it's been a long day, we should let you rest in your room. Expect to work first thing in the morning though!" Jimin chimed as he motioned for the other two to follow him out.

Jungkook stayed back for a few minutes, before dragging his feet out. I could hear him complaining at why he had to work today and I didn't. They were an interesting bunch and I couldn't help but chuckle.

Everything was so new, but it was a welcomed change from everything bad that happened. It was nice not having to worry about smelling the iron scent of the king as he approached me... But... I do wonder what he's thinking now... is he even thinking of me?

Sighing, I decided to take a nap. Even though it was midday, my body was sore from all the running and adrenaline rush from earlier.

"I'm so excited!!!" I shouted as I waited in line surrounded by equally excited fans.

"Can you believe we got front row tickets and get to meet him for a meet and greet?!" A fan besides me shouted as her eyes glistened in the lights.

I nodded my head, he was the one person I always wanted to meet. He was my greatest inspiration and comfort.

Just then the lights dimmed and a fireworks ignited, illuminating the night sky in dazzling little stars.

Smoke erupted from stage as he ascended. My eyes locked with his as my heart began to beat-
