I slowly got off on the bed, making sure Sage was in the middle so he wouldn't roll off. I placed my blanket on him and made my way back to the kitchen. I guess I could make dinner. I just want to thank Ace for this job. I mean he is giving me so much money, for a simple job. I know my salary isn't anything compared to what he makes, it's just so much for someone like me. I made my way to the kitchen to see three bodyguards sitting down on the island. Once I had entered they turned and looked at me.

Shit! I forgot I was in my comfy clothes, thank god I had a bra on. I mentally cursed at myself for forgetting, "Do you guys want dinner?" I asked, I'm pretty sure you could hear the unsureness in my voice, "Oh my god, YES!" One of them practically yelled. I just laughed and walked to the fridge to see what I could make. I was looking when I saw, chicken. I guess I can make chicken soup. It just takes a while, I mentally gathered the pros and cons of making the dish. I decided that I was going to make it.

I turned around to see they were already looking at me, "How about chicken soup?" I asked. Two of them nodded their heads violently, and the third one mumbled "fatasses" under his breath, I let out a small laugh. And began to gather Indigents, once I had gathered everything I began to make it.

                 *Time skip*

I had just finished the chicken soup. I made some rolls with it as well. The bodyguards who I now know as hades, Luke, and Grayson, said that there was going to be a couple more people joining so I made some for them too. "Hey, I'm going to get dressed, don't eat the food," I said glaring at Grayson, when I wasn't looking he took a spoon full of chicken soup and complained when he burnt his mouth. Grayson just gave me a shy smile and nodded. I looked at the other two, who also nodded.

I walked out of the kitchen and down the long hallway to my room, when I walked in I realized Sage was still asleep. I just laughed and walked towards my still unpacked closet, aka my floor. I opened a random box and found a yellow sundress, with cute white daisies on it. I opened another box and found my makeup bag, I grabbed it and went into my bathroom, I threw off my old clothes putting the sundress on. I then did light makeup and fixed my hair to the best of my capability.

Once I was finished, I walked out and went over to my bed. I started to rub Sages back trying to get him to wake up. I need to change him. He started to move around a little. Once he fully woke up he started to cry. I lifted him and bounced him around a little, once he was done crying I opened my door, I need to find Sage's nursery, I need to change his diaper and put new clothes on him. I know the room next to mine is Aces, and the one across from that is his office, which only leaves one room left, the one at the end of the hall, I made myself over to it slowly opening the door to find a fully stocked nursery.

So I was right, I thought. I laid him down on his changing table unbuttoning, his plain white onesie, I grabbed a diaper and wipes from the shelf below his changing table, changing him. On the self I also found some clothes, I picked a cute blue onesie, putting it on him.

Once I was done I folded up his old diaper, disposing of it, in the trash can right near the changing table. I picked him up, carrying him out of the room, and walking to the kitchen. While walking I finally got to admire the house. I made it to the kitchen, with Sage on my hip, I walked to the sink washing my hands.

When I looked at the soup I found almost a third of it gone. I turned around in horror and saw all three of their mouths moving. "I told you fatasses not to eat!" I said. They all looked more amused than scared but still. A deep-voiced call out behind us, "What smells so good." We turned around and saw a shirtless Ace. And let me tell you, it was an ungodly sight. I think I stopped breathing for a second.

I snapped out of it, "I made chicken soup, and these fatasses ate it." I said in an accusing tone. He just laughed and walked over to the stove, he went to scoop some out and eat it but I slapped his hand away. "No." I said giving Ace a stern look, he just laughed, "You look like a kitten when you get mad." He said laughing, he even pinched my cheek.

The whole kitchen erupted in laughter. "I do not," I said back in a defensive tone. "Oh yes, you do," Grayson said. Which only made everyone laugh harder. I just rolled my eyes. "Well dinners ready," I said that shut them up, they all practically ran to the dining room. I just laughed and started getting bowls out. I filled each one with a decent amount of soup, I started to carry them out to the dining room, when I got there I saw a lot more unfamiliar faces. I just began putting bowls down, going back for more, eventually, I finished, I brought the last bowl out which was for sage. Ace already sat him in his high chair so I could carry more.

I placed the bowl in front of Sage sitting down. By now everyone had already dug in. "Oh my god, this is so good." Someone particularly moaned. I just smiled in return, I tasted it and they were right it was good. "I'm better at baking," I stated. "I'd that's true, I want whatever you got," Hades said, everyone agreed.

"I can make a cake or something tomorrow if that's what you want," I said, within the next few seconds, everyone was arguing over what flavour. "I'll make more than one flavour okay?" I said, they all nodded and began their conversations. The dining room door busted open, I saw a man about Ace's age, walk in. He wasn't nearly as built as Ace was, but tall. "Aw, you guys didn't save some for me." This mystery dude said. "There's more on the stove." Ace replied looking annoyed.

He hurried into the kitchen grabbing a bowl and sitting down to my left. "Hey, I'm Gio." He said, before scooping a huge bite into his mouth. I just stared at him for a few seconds, "I'm Athena." I went back to eating. "Oh my god! You're Athena?!" He asked shocked. "Yeah?" I said almost as he asked a question. He just looked over at Ace and raised his eyebrows. How does he know me? I just silently, went back to eating.

Once I finished, I got up and grabbed my plate. I looked over at sage and then the only other two people left, Ace and Gio. I looked back at Sage and saw he has managed to get more on him than in him. I just laughed and grabbed his now-empty bowl. I walked back into the kitchen and placed the bowls in the sink.

Ace informed me that the maids do the dishes, I still feel bad about leaving them. I was about to go get Sage when I overheard a conversation going on, "So she's the one you have a crush on." I heard Gio say. Crush? Does ace like me too? "I don't want to talk about this." Ace replied. I mean he hasn't denied it. "Whatever," Gio replied, from his voice, I can hear he was amused. I quickly walked in, I gave them the best smile I could give, after hearing that conversation.

"Dinner was great Athena." I heard Gio say. "Thanks, Gio," I replied before picking up a baby cover in chicken soup. I tried to keep him off of my sundress. I slowly walked, towards the direction of his nursery, I'm pretty sure he has a bathroom in there. Once we got there, I saw two closed doors in his room, the first one leads me to a closet full of baby clothes, and the second in was a bathroom, just as I thought.

I quickly walked over to the tub, turning the water on, making sure it was the right temperature, I then began to undress Sage. Once I got him undressed, I checked the temperature in the tub, it was alright so I set him in. I looked to the left to see baby wash. I picked it up and put a good amount on my hand. I began to wash him. I washed his body and hair. Once we were finished a grabbed a towel from the pile on the counter. It was a cute yellow coloured on, with a hood, that had a duck on it.

I wrapped him up and turned around to see Ace standing at the doorway, he had a smile on his face just watching us. How didn't I feel him enter the room. He began walking closer, he stood about 6 inches away from me for a few seconds, before swooping down and kissing Sage in the cheek. "Dada," Sage called out. At that moment we both stopped. That was his first word! I looked over and saw the smile on Aces face was now a big one. "That was his first word." I exclaimed, I didn't say it to anyone, in particular, I heard Ace whisper, "yeah." I don't think his smile is going to leave his face for the rest of the night.
