Arabella's POV

Tomorrow would be the day we'd be heading off home for Christmas break!

So this year is going to be like normal, family holiday first, and then when Christmas day comes, friends all come over in the afternoon.

I was so excited, yet sad at the same time.

This was my last Christmas with my family and friends...

Let me tell you why.

There was some sort of quidditch scout at the game against Ravenclaw, and after the game ended, we talked for a bit.

Turns out that the scout was a scout for the Montrose Magpies...

So yeah, I'll be in Scotland for a few years after Hogwarts...

Anyways, I'm saying like that's a bad thing, I know it's not. Especially since Scorpius will be coming with me.

Yup.

I told the scout to watch one of his games, and now Scorpius is getting scouted too.

So yeah!

Anyways, we're all on the train right now.

I was sitting with Candace and Arabia on one bench, with Scorpius, Albus, and Lucas across us.

Alex, Noah, and Nicolas were in another compartment with Alice, Roxanne, and Rose. And then there was Addy, Olive, and Lorcan and Lysander in a third compartment.

I sighed. I really wanted just the family to sit with each other on this ride, but obviously that wasn't going to happen.

"Bella you okay?"

I looked up and noticed everyone looking at me with worry.

I smiled and nodded. "Yes, I'm just really tired."

They nodded, and I looked out the window.

I remember when in third year, we'd all sit together, laugh, and have fun with one another.

They'd always take my books away, and I'd always have to talk with them and participate in order to get it back.

I smiled at the memory.

And then after the train rides, we'd all walk together to the school or back to our parents, and we'd never seperate. Not once.

At home, our parents would sometimes have to beg for us to just stop hanging out for just an hour so they could spend some time with us, or eat dinner, or something. But most times, they'd have to join us because we wouldn't leave each other alone.

At nights, sometimes we'd all sleep at one house, but that wasn't often.

My favorite part though...was me and Addy...

We'd always go out to our balcony at night, and we'd talk for hours, about how our days went, or what our favorite part of the day's hangout was.

But all of that changed...

When friends and significant others entered the group, family time was scarce...

Me and Addy haven't even really spoken one on one in years...

I could feel the tears welling in my eyes.

My own sister and I don't even talk...

We haven't had our special balcony times since 4th year. We haven't hung out with each other unless it was with our friends or with the whole group...

The tears threatened to fall, and I quickly stood up.

"I have to use the lavatory I'll be back," I said quietly.
