"SHUT UP!!!", I screamed and hurt my dried oesophagus. Tears drops fell from my eyes like stupidity is coming out of his. I didn't have had enough of pain by seeing my dad after years that his reality added more?

If I shed a tear every time I felt sad, then I would be drowning in a sea of tears.

"How can you expect me to calm down when you were the one who was involved in this illegal work with my mom all this time!! You not only beated and abducted my dad but also drugged him! And you expect me to stay calm and keep listening to your bullshit?", I shouted and tried to free my wrists from the rope tied around them.

"Aww baby, please don't say such things. Stress is not good for you. Do you want more pills?", he acted as if innocent like hell.

"I wonder why I even believed in you at the first place."

"I already told you not to trust my face that day. But I almost forgot that spoiled kids don't listen," he came to me and lifted my bruised chin harshly. "Sadly, you were too heartbroken at that time to even understand what's going around."

"Come to the point! I don't have the whole day for your nonsense," I pulled back my face to get out of his grip.

He sighed and sat back on his chair, "you have changed a lot Dhriti. Let's not bother my doll anymore and start with the question and answer session. I did this because I love you and I couldn't afford to lose you."

"Elaborate!"

I still can't believe that he felt so insecure because of that diary guy which made him take such steps.

"See baby how much I care about you. I was drugging you just to help you relax and take a break from your stressed school life," he leaned back in exhaustion. His fingers ran through his hairs as he cleared his throat. "Don't think I am a bad guy here. You didn't even got addicted to it."

"We don't do this in love!"

"Every thing is fair in love and war," he gave his annoying laughter.

"You wanted me, right? Then why you did this to my dad? He is innocent!", I struggled hard to free myself and kept glancing my dad at times.

"Innocent?", he broke out. "You should be awarded an Oscar for this statement!"

"Stop it! I know that you and that bitch is doing this together."

"Partners in crime? Nah! I don't play with weak contenders," he moved forward and rested his faked face on his paws. His expressions turned to a horror one which scared my whole body and left me trembling. "If I didn't do it, then the monster sitting next to you would have invited worms over to eat you out."

His words stroke me like a lightening hits huge buildings and destroys them untill each brick breaks into pieces.

"I know you for years now. We were family friends," he took a deep breath and started revolving around me. "Little by little I started developing feelings for you. I couldn't control myself when saw you fading and shattering due to this psycho."

"Don't you dare use him to defend yourself," I roared.

"You really trust blindly like an emotional fool," he chuckled. "Why are you so innocent Dhriti? Everything was infront of you all this time but you still decided to choose the wrong because of a stupid grudge."

It maybe too bright and noisy near the surface, but as you continue sinking deeper...the darkness and silence will be all that surrounds you.

"Depressed is the result of overthinking. Your mind create problems that didn't even exist," he landed on the wooden chair which creaked after handling his weight.

"The longer you live...the more you realize that reality is just made of pain, sufferings and emptiness," my mouth spilled slowly whereas my brain stayed quiet.

"You loved your dad a lot, didn't you? That's why you were sad."

"I hate liars and so I hate you."

"It sad how little I mean to the person who means the world to me," he exhaled hardly. "But what I did was important. Even if they have wings, birds can't fly without a sky."

"I realized something today," I frankly grinned. "The world is full of monsters with friendly faces and angels full of scars."

"Just because my eyes don't tear doesn't mean my heart doesn't cry. And just because I come of strong doesn't mean there's nothing wrong."

"It's bad manners to say 'I love you' with mouth full of lies."

"Have you promised someone to only listen to yourself or what?", he joked.

"People say everything happens for a reason, so if I punch your face, remember I have a reason," I grinded my teeth.

Before he could say anything, some of his gangsters dragged two people inside and pushed them towards us.

"Sir, they were spying here to find her."
