Summer with muggles

Before we left Hogwarts Harry asked if I could visit him and of course, I agreed but I knew it wasn't going to be fun. Having grown up with a marauder I knew a lot of stuff, practical magic and mischief magic one I think I was proud of was that I could apparate, I didn't use it much but that's how I would go see Harry

"Y/N breakfast is ready" dad shouted, my real dad was gone I wrote to him but I would never stop calling lupin dad.
"Coming!" I replied, I was always excited for breakfast as lupin is an amazing chef and he never used magic, h taught me some but most of the time I would get mad and use magic when he wasn't looking, I have many happy memories with lupin but lots of them are us cooking together. I used magic to get changed and do my hair and rushed downstairs. PANCAKES i.love.pancakes. There's no doubt
"I did your favourite, something tells me you won't have a decent next few days" he chuckled the next few days I was staying with Harry and I was over the moon but also knew I'd get mad at them easily. Yesterday was my birthday and Dad had gotten me amazing gifts one being a stunning ball gown, he said I'd need it for school. I didn't know why I'd need it but the dress was still stunning he also got me a bracelet that when I tapped it three times all my memories with lupin would come out like a show, he told me he'd have to update it each year and I was delighted and when I tapped it four times it would mean I needed him and no matter where he was he would apparate to me until I was better, I loved it just like I loved him.
After I ate breakfast dad pulled me into a hug kissed my cheek and whispered to be careful.
I apparated to four privet drive and took a deep breath and walked up to the door and knocked twice
A blond grumpy looking girl answered his aunt
"Hello?" She said
"H-hi I'm here to visit Harry Potter" I said calmly back
She hesitated and let me in
"He's through there, we're eating dinner I'll make you something quick" I knew she was trying to be nice and appreciated it and smiled at her
"Hi Harry," I said causing everyone to look at me
"Hey" he replied standing up and pulling me into a hug afterwards I sat down in between Harry and this other boy I guessed it was his cousin
"Hello , I'm Vernon and this is Dudley" he said trying to sound nice
"Hello I'm y/n" I replied smiling at them I thanked them for the meal and then things started to get weird
Dudley put his arms around my waist , I tried shaking them off but I wasn't strong enough and I knew I couldn't use magic, but Harry swatted them away saying
"Get off of her Dudley" Dudley looked at Harry in complete disbelief that Harry spoke to him like that. I smiled at Harry
"So dear girl, how much are they paying you to be friends with him" he said I laughed but noticed he wasn't joking
"I'm not being paid" I replied calmly shaking my head
It was more making fun if Harry before I knew my hair was red when they looked at me confused ,  assured them nothing was wrong
"Well who would want to be friends with him?" Dudley asked and that clicked a nerve
"MANY PEOPLE DO FOR GODRICS SAKE , I INFACT HAPPEN TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND" they looked in disbelief
"Awww does your pig of a son not have one? No doubt he's horrible" I spat
"Are you sure he's not poising you dearie"
"YES FOR HELGAS SAKE I LOVE HIM" after saying that I slapped my hand over my mouth and Harry looked the most shocked whereas his 'family' looked horrified and disgusted.
I ran upstairs and found Harry's room and sat on the bed
I'm sorry what the hell do you say y/n?
Harry soon came up and said
" I love you too by the way"
I looked up at him and smiled he sat now next to me and pulled me into a kiss after long minutes he pulled away
"I never gave you your birthday gift,"he said standing up he grabbed a box from under his floorboards and gave it to me I opened it

The note read I smiled and gently took it off when I opened the box I saw a Puppy shaped necklace and a stag one he said it was a couples thing and there was another note

Hey love, there's two one for me and one for you
It glows green when I'm thinking about you
It glows yellow when you're thinking about me
And f/c when we're both thinking of each other ad the same time
That'll be fun won't it

I bolted up and jumped onto him stabbing my legs around his waist and of course, he hugged me back when he put me down i put his necklace on and he put mine on, as soon as they were on they glowed f/c I smiled at him
"Thank you" I whispered "it's perfect"
"Just like you" he added
Harry suggested we watched some muggle movies and we were getting ready I used magic to get changed and untied my hair Harry was already sat on his bed with his legs open, he patted in the space between signalling for me to sit and I did. I layed down in between his legs and put my head in his chest he out on the first movie and started stroking my hair, about halfway through I whispered
"I love you"
"I love you too"

I knew I hated the muggles but it wouldn't be so bad with Harry

This summer was going to be great

Aha thank you for reading , sorry I added stuff , I just thought Harry and you didn't have much time together so here was that , I won't be writing any ire for the summer except the quidditch World Cup of course :)

Byeeeeeee it's school tomorrow and I'm mentally dead if you're at school to good luck hehe
