Mr Keating had taken the class out into the corridor and was reciting poetry. You turned to Neil and recited a poem of your own.

"Oh, I have a good poem, Neil." You began to recite it. "When we two parted, in silence and tears, half broken hearted to sever for years. Pale grew thy cheek and cold, colder thy kiss. Truly that hour foretold sorrow to this."

He grinned. "You wrote that yourself?"

You nodded. "Yeah, is it good?"

His eyes widened. "(Y/N), that was incredible. Can I hear the rest?"

You rolled your eyes and playfully slapped Neil on the arm. "Of course I didn't write that, you idiot. It's by Lord Byron."

He chuckled. "I look like such an idiot right now, don't I?"

You grinned and planted a kiss on his cheek. "Maybe, but a cute one, nevertheless."
