An A/N before the chapter... That's unusual for me. ANyways, I wanted to say.... I hope you all knew, that I'm totally going to write more and more chaos in this chapter, whether you want it or not. So..... have fun with the chaos and confusion and problems.
Last chapter: But then, a few corners away, someone with a earthquake Quirk loosed controll over it and the city within a 2 kilometre radius began to shake and some buildings collapsed, which caused more panic

Third Person POV: (Same time and in the whole city)
Some kilometres away, UA was a rat-bear-mouse thing in his chiar behind his desk, in his office, with a tea cup in his hand, staring at a screen. And then he suddenly began to laugh. He laughed so hard, that his tea spilled. Something was funny. Really funny. Well... atleast for him. For the hundred, maybe even thousand, of people outside, in the radius of the chaos, it definitely wasn't funny. The chaos spread thorugh the whole city, and just because a man bite in Present Mic finger. You have to admit it. It's a littlebit funny.
The teacher and the sudents of class 1a, who met again before all the chaos started and now stood with Izukus father, were confused what was happening. They heared a loud yell, but it was not so loud that they had to cover their ears, and then suddenly, civilians, animals from the zoo and even some pro heroes came running around. The people around them began to panic aswell, when they saw the panic from the others. Just class 1a stood in the middle, still confused And a little bit panicked aswell. Izukus dad took advantage of all the distraction and ran away. Still with Seros tape, but he was able to run. The class didn't notice and began to help civilians into the houses, or to the hospital, if they were injured. Then the whole chaos with the Quirks began. The earthquake, the yells now louder, the animals, and all the other Quirks that weren't under controle, swept over the whole city.
Wherever you looked, everywhere was chaos. The police, that was informed of Midnight, what happened (It was really hard, because Mic still yelled and the police could hardly hear anything over the yelling, and the panic outside their door) tried to calm the civilians down, but noone listened to them. Noone even heard them, when they spoke through the megaphone. Some people, who only heard small snippets, of what they said, began to panic more and ran around yelling: „ALIENS!!!! THE POLICE SAID, THERE WAS AN ALIEN INVASION!!!!" or: „ZOMBIES!!!!! A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVE!!!" or: „THE DINOSAURS ARE STILL ALIVE!!!! THEY ARE ATTACKING!!!!" but the police just said: „Please calm down, everyone! Controle your Quirks", but then a little boy came to them and asked: „is there a zombie apocalypse, or a alien invasion, or are the dinosaurs attacking?" And the police officer with the megaphone, forgot to turn the megaphone off, before he asnered: „No, there isn't a zombie apocalypse, a alien invasion. And the dinosaurs aren't alive. And they are definitely not attacking." Put like I said, the people just heard some words of the speech, and well..... I think you what happened. So there was more panic.
Only one civilian was happy. He stood on a little stage and screamed: „I WAS RIIIIGHT!!!!!! I was right!!!!!!!! I KNEW THE DINOSAURS ARE STILL ALIVE AND DON'T LIKE US!!! I KNEW THERE WOULD BE A ZOMBOIE APOCALYPSE!!!Q AND I KNEW THE ALIENS WERE GOING TO ATTACK TOO!!!!! AND I'M THE ONLY ONE PREPARED FOR IT!!!!! I PREPARED ALL OF THE THINGS FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THAT, OVER YEARS!!!!! I'M GOING TO MY HIGH SECURITY BUNKER RIGHT NOW!!! AND I'M GONNA LIVE!!!!!!!!"
(Ähem..... no...... I would deifinitely don't act like that in such a situation.... what do you think of me? Nooooo.... I would never do this... *in the background* „Holly, should we put 300000000 or 400000000 packs of canned food into the bunker?" *with me* „ähmmm.... What are you talking about? What bunker?" *in the background* „the bunker you planned. The one for alien invasions, zombie apocalypses, Dinosaurs attack, bomb attacks, in case the earth is completely flooded, earthquakes and the case the eath explode and we have to survive in the space? Don't you remember?" *with me again* „I have no idea what you are talking about." *in the background* „do you. Have amnesia? Oh no. That means the alien invasion started. EVERYONE INTO THE BUNKER!!!" *with me* „NOOOOOOO! Just be quiet!" )
