“That doesn’t change the fact that I love you” he can sense na nakangiti na si Julie ngayon, ‘coz they got this telekinesis thing going on between them “I love you Julie Anne” he said in his sweetest voice.

That really cheers her up. Na-iisip nya ang mukha ni Elmo ngayon. Wearing her most favorite smile, yung sweetest  na ngiti ni Elmo with two front teeth showing. “That made my day Moe”

Silence. Both just smiling with their phones on their right ear and just listening to each other’s breathing.

“I miss you” Julie broke the ice, ‘coz she really did. 3 days na kaya silang hindi nagkikita. Naging busy kasi si Elmo sa practices and gigs. Kahapon nagyaya ng dinner pero si Julie nmn di available. “Tapos wala ka pa mamaya”

“I miss you so, so much too” now sounds so sad. Miss na miss na nya si Julie. Tapos bigla pang may dumaan ng jeep na malakas ang tugtug.

‘I’m missing you so much, can’t help it I’m in love. A year without you is like a year without raaaaaiiiinn……..’

“Hahahaha” narinig din ni Julie yun kaya nmn sabay silang natawa.

“Hehe. Gabing gabi na lakas pa rin ng sounds ni Manong Driver” Natatawang sabi ni Elmo

 “Adik na jeep, Selena Gomez ang trip. Haha” kumento pa ng dalaga.

“Hmmm, you know why?” tanong nito making it sound interesting

“Hhmmmm. Why?”

“Si Bieber kasi yung driver”

“Uhhh. Hahaha. Iba na  pala profession nya” sinakyan na lang nya si Elmo.

“Yes. That’s what he got after insulting our champ”

“Sus. Talaga lang Moe huh duwag ka kaya pag………..Oh, wait.” Dinig ni Elmo sigaw ng dalaga. “Elmo I gotta go. Tinatawag na ko. Aalis na kami. We’re going to the venue”

“Sinong we?” now sounding curious and jealous at the same time.

Julie smiled to herself “We. The whole staff. May susundo sa’min na van para sabay sabay na. Hatid sundo yun actually, para daw ma-enjoy all throughout.  Meaning, pwedeng malasing haha”

“Oohhww”

“Yes Elmo, do not be so jealous” natatawang sabi nito “Oh no. Yes. Be jealous pala, so you’d come here” she said in her hoarsely voice.

Natutuwa nmn si Elmo sa dalaga, “You know I’ll go there if I can right?” tumango si Julie, and he knew she did that kahit sa phone lang “So bawal tumabi sa epal”

“Haha. Kanino?”

“Isa lang nmn ang epal dyan”

“Sigurado ka?”

Napa-isip si Elmo “You mean?” hindi nmn nakakapagtaka kung madaming co-workers ni Julie ang may gusto sa kanya “Hindi lang si soyti karibal ko dyan?” napalakas ang tanong nito.

“Hahaha. I’m kidding, I’m kidding”

“Hooooh” wiping his forehead kahit walang pawis

“Sige na. Bye bye”

“Ingat. Mwahhhh. I love you”
