Third Person POV

While having the meal, there's an orchestra playing music and some were singing. Maggy, who had quite a lot of glass of wine, also sang. Her husband was keeping her in control though.

"I'm nOt drunk!", Maggy said and her siblings just laughed at her hysterically. Scarlett was filming her in amusement.

"Honey, you are. Come down the stage.", her husband said.

"Why? Are we gonna have fun? Yey!", Maggy jumped in his arms and he carried her bridal style.

"Mom, stop please.", her son said.

"Oh sweetie, hush. The adults are talking.", Maggy laughed.

"Honey, it's not even New Year yet, why did you drink too much?", her husband asked.

"Because I'm thirsty!", Maggy answered, kissing his cheeks.

"Uh huh, you need to sober up, let's go.", her husband carried her away from the stage.

"No! I don't want to go to New York yet!", Maggy struggled in his arms.

"We're not.", her husband said.

"I still need to see Mizuki in a sexy gown!", she protested.

"I'm already wearing it.", Mizuki said.

"No way! Kenta isn't tripping, so you're not wearing it!", Maggy replied.

Awkward...

"Aunt Maggie, calm down.", Mizuki said.

"No, Miki should sing!", Maggy exclaimed.

She's basically saying random replies that has no connection whatsoever with what the others says.

Mizuki stood up and helped Maggy calm down.

"Yes, yes, I will sing, just sit down, okay?", Mizuki said.

"Yes, ma'am sir!", she saluted and laughed.

Mizuki just sighed and went to the stage. She requested a very old song for Maggy to calm down. Now everyone can see her and her sexy gown that Maggy is extremely proud of, even if she's drunk.

(You can now play "It's Been A Long, Long Time" by Harry James & His Orchestra)

She stood in front of the mic and the crowd clapped and cheered for her. Especially Semi and Tendou who were shouting random things to her.

Mizuki chuckled and waited for the music.

Never thought that you would be.

This song was special to her, it's filled with memories.

Standing here so close to me.

When she was young, her father would tell her stories about World War II.

There's so much I feel that I should say.

She didn't understand why he likes it so much. It's basically just history and war.

But words can wait until some other day.

So her mother just sang this song to her because it's related. And Mizuki loves her mother's voice so she enjoyed it.
