"The result of your exams for this term is great," our professor said.

Marie whispered, "Hmm, mukhang pasado tayong lahat."

I shrugged my shoulders, "I hope so, Marie."

"So now, I'll announce some important things about your On-Job-Training," he announced.

I shifted my attention in front.

"Not on our company, please," I crossed my fingers, whispering.

"Here is the list where you are designated on the different branches of government public and private offices and companies," he continued explaining.

Marie tapped my shoulder, "Okay ka lang?"

Napalingon ako sa kaniya, "Huh? Oo, okay lang ako."

Tumayo si Mr. Wang, "Students designated on ACMA Consultants Inc. are Mr. Marquez, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Montes, and Mr. Cruz."

He kept calling names while reading the list.

I glanced at them all.

"For the last company we have collaborated with is the Blossom Sky International Publishing House," he said, looking at us.

That is our company!

"Here are the students assigned. Ms. Marie Suarez, Mr. Walter Reyes, Mr. Liam Silva, Mr. Troy Diaz, and Ms. Claire Althea Pere," he looked at us, one by one.

Magkasama tayo," I half-smiled towards her.

Tinititigan niya akong mabuti.

Oo nga pala, hindi niya pa alam.

Umusog ako papunta sa tabi niya at bumulong, "Marie, Blossom Sky International Publishing House is our company. It was named after the meaning of our surname. 'Wag mong ipagkalat. Ayokong may makaalam na iba."

"Oh, for real? Perez means blossom?" Gulat niyang tanong sa akin. "Aba, may friend na akong next CEO."

"Hmm, for real. Perez is a Spanish word that means blossom. That's how Dad named our company. Probably I'm not the next CEO, maybe Kuya Caius will take over Dad's position," I continued explaining.

"Bakit ngayon mo lang 'to sinabi sa akin? Grabe ka, ang yaman niyo talaga." Paghanga niya.

If I have another choice, I'll choose a simple and peaceful life," I sighed, explaining my side.

"Claire, 'yan ang binigay sa 'yo," she smiled at me but as I looked into her eyes, it doesn't match how it feels.

"It will start in March, two months from now. Good luck class, I know you can all do it," he smiled, assuring all of us. "We've reached our time, class dismissed."

Ikaw?" I smiled, asking her.
