Before Kendall and Logan knew it they were going to be celebrating Kelli's first Christmas with them
"I can't believe Kelli going to have her first Christmas with us" Logan says as him and Kendall wrap Kelli's presents while she naps in her room
"I can't belive it either" Kendall says when the phone rings
Logan continues to wrap Kelli's gifts while Kendall answered the phone cause after they got done with wrapping Kelli's gift's they were going to go baby shopping for the new baby, so they could get her nursery ready when she comes cause they haven't started on it quite yet cause they have been a bit busy lately with Kelli
"Logie we got to go to the hospital now" Kendall says as he comes back into the room after he got off the phone
"Why?" Logan asks him as he continues to wrap presents for Kelli
"The birth mother went into labor early, and they are going to take the baby" Kendall tells him
"I thought she wasn't due for a couple more months" Logan says as he gets up to grab Kelli from her bedroom, so they could leave
"Apparently she wants them to take the baby from her now" Kendall says as he goes out to the car
Logan buckles Kelli into her car seat, so they could get going to the hospital
(Hospital)
"Come here big girl" Logan says as he gets Kelli out of her car seat and carries her into the hospital
Kendall was asking the front desk where the birth mother was, and the person at the front desk direct them to maternity
"Hey guys" Miss Crabtree says when she sees Kendall and Logan get off the elevator
"How is the baby?" Logan asks as he adjusts Kelli in his arms
"Not good the baby is not tolerating the labor as much as the doctor's would like, so you guys have to wait in the waiting room until i come back to tell you guys more information on the baby" Miss. Crabtree says as she leaves the couple to go back to the mother's room
"I hope the baby is okay" Logan says as he sits down with Kelli who was still asleep
"Something tells me the baby isn't okay" Kendall says as he goes to the vending machine to get some snacks for the three of them
While Kendall was gone Kelli wakes up from her slumber
"Hey princess did you have a nice nap?" Logan asks her as he moves the hair out of her eyes
Kelli nods as she rubs her eyes cause she was still sleepy yet
"That's good baby sister is going to be born today, so that's why we are in the hospital, and not at home" Logan tells her as he takes her to the play area that was in the waiting room
Logan loved playing with Kelli, and Kelli loved playing with papa
"What are you playing baby?" Logan asks as he sits with her
"Mommy" she says happily to papa
"Do you want papa to play with you?" he asks her
Kelli shakes her head no
"Okay papa is going to be over here with daddy" he says as he gets up to go over to where Kendall was
"I swear she is too cute" Kendall tells Logan
"I know it was a rough go at the beginning, but now she seems to have adjusted well to us being her parents" Kendall says as he hands Logan something
"Yeah I love her to pieces" Logan tells him as he starts to eat what Kendall gave him
"Me too I love her too" Kendall tells Logan
Time for going slow for Kendall and Logan and they were wondering if they were going to hear anything about their baby girl, and if she was okay cause they were scared for her safety cause she was early
"They are going to take the baby by c-section cause the heart rate is dropping, and the baby is in distress" Miss. Crabtree tells Kendall and Logan when she comes out to the waiting room to talk to the two gentlemen
"Keep us posted on the baby" Logan tells her
"Will do" she says as she goes towards the operating room to see the baby being born cause the guards were going to let her in cause the baby is going to be adopted out of the prison
"All we have left to do is wait for our baby girl to be born" Kendal tells Logan
"Yup" Logan says when Kelli comes over to him
"Yes princess?" he asks his daughter
"Potty" she tells him
"Okay come on I'll take you to the potty" Logan says as he leaves with their daughter to go to the bathroom
(Later)
"Hi daddy" she says as she runs to Kendall
"Hi princess are you all better?" he asks her
She nods
"That's good" he says when Logan enters the room
"Any word on the baby yet?" Logan asks Kendall
"Nope and I'm starting to get worried" Kendall says looking at the clock that was on the wall
Right on cue Miss. Crabtree comes into the room
"How's the baby?" Logan asks as he gets up
"Not good right now, and the hospital doesn't think she will make it through the night cause she is so small" Miss. Crabtree tells the couple as she sits down
"Can we see her?" Kendall asks her
"They are going to bring her by soon cause i told the hospital that the baby has a family waiting to see her in the waiting room" she tells the couple
"If she doesn't make it can you have us be in contact with another birth mother?" Logan asks her
"Yes I have a teen mother that came in last week when she found out what she was having, and she wants to put her baby girl up for adoption. That she doesn't care who the baby goes to she wants her daughter to have a good life" Miss. Crabtree says to the couple
"Thank you if our little angel doesn't make it we will adopt that one for sure" Kendall says looking at Logan
"Okay I'll tell the mother i found a match for her daughter" Miss. Crabtree says as she leaves
"Kenny" Logan says when he sees the incubator that had the small infant who had wires hooked up to her come into the waiting room, so her adoptive parents could see her
Kendall shed some tears cause their daughter was so small
"How many weeks is she?" Logan asks the nurses
"Twenty weeks" the nurse says to him
"My gosh" he says when he sees the tiny baby girl
"Hey sweetie" Kendall says when he sees the baby open her eyes to look at where she was
The tiny baby girls moves a little bit, and then settled back down
"Kelli would you like to see your baby sister?" Logan asks her
Kelli comes towards him, so she could see her baby sister that was in the incubator
"What do you think Kelli?" he asks her
"Small" Kelli tells him
"Do we have a name for the little baby?" the nurse asks Kendall and Logan
"Not right now can we have some time to think of one cause this was a surprise to the both of us?" Kendall asks the nurse
"Sure we will give you some time to think of a name" the nurse says as she leaves with the tiny baby to go to the NICU
