The Premiere

You handed your bag to one of the security members and they nodded, your breaths became sharper and sharper as you watch a man begin to open the door. Cameras were flashing violently and the lights were putting you in a daze, your heart began to beat. Boom, boom, boom boom, speeding up each second, everything around you went quite until felt Tom's safe hand on top of yours and he intertwined his fingers with yours.

'I'm here, I'm here, luv, I've got you.' Tom said as he shook his head to the man waiting to open the car door,

'I cant do it.. i-' You held back tears and focused your energy on Tom's hand on yours.

'Yes, you can, I'll be with you every step.' He smiled comfortably, you could have stared at him forever but he turned around and the door swung open, instantly loud echoes of shouts and clamouring of fans sprung out.

'I've got you, I've got you.' Tom nodded at you and you nodded back, a weird wave of confidence washed over your body, you looked at your figure in the dress and felt good in yourself, you flicked your hair and Tom winked at you as you both made your way down the carpet into the large building, many questions were asked about you and Tom but you escaped each one.

'You alright, y/n?' Tom walked closely to you and squeezed your shoulder tightly.

'Yeah, its all over now isnt it?' You sighed and leant on his shoulder, he pulled back and you frowned,

'No we still have some shooting over there but we will be sat watching the movie soon, it's alright, I think they only want shots of me so Ill stand for a minute and then you can just walk across yeah?' Tom said quickly before we both walked closer to where they were snapping pics.

'Tessa?!' You shout, 'Tom, Tessa is here!' Your entire face lit up and Tom laughed,
'She is joining the photos!' Tom posed with his cast for the Dolittle movie and Tessa was sat still, but she was staring at you as you and her were pretty close. She pulled on her lead and Tom tried to calm her down but she ran over to you and put her paws on you, you giggled and gave her back to Tom, he was laughing and pulled Tessa away from you. The paparazzi turned some of their attentions away from the scene and began to click at you and you panicked again and just posed like you learnt in that one modelling class two years ago. Tom came and stood next you, sweetly checking if you were ok.

'Yeah I'm fine, thankyou so much.' You said as Tom put is arm round you and you both walked away as the movie was starting soon. You sat next to him and he was sat next to RDJ a literal legend.

'Thankyou for coming. I know it's hard for you in the public eye.' Tom said and he placed his hand on your thigh lightly, you shivered and he laughed,

'You're welcome Tom, anything for you.' You said quietly, he rubbed his nose and then swivelled a little in his seat to face me,

'You dont have to say but, but, err- are you and Harrison like a proper thing now?' He rubbed the back of his neck shyly and you sighed,

'Uh.. We are not official but we both like eachother, I was meant to meet him today but, plans changed.' You looked away from Tom gaze, he seemed deflated and you couldnt work out why,

'Oh- How is Sophie?!' You ask interrupting the painful silence,you made eye contact with his deep brown eyes once again, and he shook his head,

'She is ok, it's our 6 month anniversary next week.' said Tom as he brushed down his trousers. 6 months seemed like something to be happy about, but Tom wasn't happy.

'6 months?! Already?!' Your mouth drops open and Tom looks away, something is really bothering him, it pains you to see him sad, you had to work out what's wrong.

'Yeah, it's mad, I know,' He mumbled the last part and his lip trembled slowly. You grabbed his hand and tried to comfort him but he inhaled sharply and sat up,

'Going toilet.' He jumped out his seat and almost ran to the toilet.

Tom's pov

I leant over the large white sink and groaned, I felt so strange. Lately, things hadn't been great, I had been avoiding Sophie, things werent the same anymore. When i first laid eyes on her and she laid hers on mine, it was an instant spark, but the spark is dying, dying slowly but surely. I couldn't help but wonder if Sophie felt our lost connection too. I looked into the mirror, all I could see was y/n stood next to me, I panicked and rapidly washed my hands my whole body shaking from head to feet. Why was she in my head, I wondered. We are bestfriends always have been always will be.. right?

I banished the thought of y/n like that out of my head and sat back down next her, I couldn't help but take in her prettiness.

She nervously looked at me and then worry crossed her face,

'Jheez, Tommy, you alright?' She rubbed my arm and I nodded.

The opening music started and Robert Downey Jr. scruffed up my hair and winked at me, what a legend. Me and y/n watched the movie and at the end, when everyone was cheering she slung her arms round my neck and squeezed me tightly to congratulate me before talking to the boy next to her.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and whipped around,

'Great movie buddy,' Robert looked at me closely and gave me a warm hug,

'Thankyou, your amazing in it.' I say,

'Thankyou, but, I was watching you earlier, that girl you were with isnt, Sophie?' asked Robert,

'Oh, well no, she's my bestfriend!' I began to panic,

'Does she know you love her?'

'What- I dont-' I stuttered completely dumbfounded,

'Tom.. Listen, it's obvious to everyone but you and her.' He laughed and I paused in shock.

Maybe he was right?

your pov

I was talking to a guy sat next to me and he asked me who i was to Tom,

'We are long time bestfriends, thats all.'

'Oh, I thought you guys were like.. a thing?' He replied shrugging his shoulders,

'Why? We're just friends!' You say a little to loudly desparately trying to convince yourself he is 'just a friend'

'Its obvious you like him to everyone else but you two!' He said,

'Thats what Harrison said..' I mutter to myself and Tom puts his hands on my shoulders.

'It was nice to meet you, y/n!' And with that he was gone and Tom put his arm through mine and we walked along beside eachother.

You and Tom clambered into a big range rover, all the photos were finished for today and you both could finally get to the hotel, get a beer and go to sleep.

You arrived at the checkin desk with your bags and Tom was directed up to his room and you followed close behind. It was fully booked up with celebrities as it was one of the largest and most expensive hotel in London.

'Here is the couples suite room, have a nice stay,' The stern checkout lady said until she strutted off down the hallway,

'Couples?' I said angrily,

'OHHHH' Toms eyes widen and he gulps.
