[previously.. harrison and you finally make up and he persuades you to see tom. you saw tom at his front door and you kissed.]

You awoke with a start, realising where you were. You lay in an empty bed, duvet tangled around you. You're wearing a t-shirt you dont quite recognise. You lay your head down on the bed again and sigh, you hear footsteps approaching and see Tom in a hoodie and grey jogging bottoms, you smile slightly and he smiles back,
'Good morning.' He says quietly, then he turns around and heads down the stairs. You hold your breath for a second, excited over last nights events. You kissed him on his driveway and then everything went upwards from there.

You pulled back the covers and stumbled into the bathroom, you looked at your reflection, thinking,

Mornings are not my best look, wow.

You use a bobble on your wrist to give yourself another messy bun. You adjust your tshirt and wash your face.

You head downstairs to see Tom struggling at a frying pan,

'I wanted to make pancakes but they all stuck to the pan and I dont know what to do. They're burning!' He looked at you worriedly and you lean foward turn off the stove,

'Don't worry, toast is just fine.' You laugh and he gets some white bread out instead and pops it into the toaster.

'Last night was amazing.' He says bluntly but sweetly,

'It was,' You say looking at the floor awkwardly to hide your beaming smile.

'I can't believe it took us so long to figure out how perfect this could be,' He laughs as he turns to face the toaster again.

'I know. But, I'm so glad we are here now,' You grin and power on your phone, you casually scroll through your instagram when you begin to see alot of hate, you see Sophie's name popping up alot and roll your eyes, you decide to check some celebrity news sources and see Tom and Sophie on the front page, the title reads

'Tom Holland's ex-girlfriend claims y/n has been stalking Tom and breaking them apart ever since day one of their relationship'

You scoff and feel Tom's presence behind you,

'Shit.' He mutters under his breath.

You can't help but burst out into laughter, he laughs along with you and in minutes you forget the situation.

2 hours later

You and Tom sit on the bench beside the pool and try to forget what's happening.

'We need to say something, the drama is blowing up, I am cancelled on twitter.' You roll your eyes and look at Tom,

'I hate drama, we don't have to get involved.' Tom said eith his arm wrapped around your shoulders,

'Tom they're trying to blame you as well, I don't know why everyone is turning on us just because of Sophie but we need to say something!' You lean foward and groan, Tom rubs your back and sighs,

'Come inside, I think we should go live on instagram,' He says and begins to head down the patio.

'But, if we're live, can't anything go wrong?' You say following him,

'I don't know, lets get this over with, Sophie has it coming,' Tom says as his fists clench and he scratches his head,

Going Live

We sit down at Tom's dining table and set up the camera, in the background is a photograph of you, Tom and Harrison from an hike 2 years ago.

Tom puts on his story that he's going live and so do you.

He kisses you on the cheek and you blush, since the morning you had chance to get some fresh clothes and makeup and you looked great- not to mention felt great.

Tom opened the live and struggled a little bit so you turned it on.

'Hey guys!' He said as his face lit up, you had pinned a comment from his account that read:

Today we are going to be adressing the rumours and answering questions. Hope you are all well, sorry for the suprise live video!

Tom looks suprised as he saw the fast flowing chat, you stayed quiet, seeing the whole chat suprised that you were there.

Tom slowly began to explain that you are NOT a crazy stalker like Sophie stated, he missed out a few details on purpose, but, covered how his and Sophie's relationship was never healthy but how y/n had always been his bestfriend since childhood, which suprisingly, not alot of people knew.

He then took a few breaths and spoke about how he and you had been in a car crash and how, he lost you for 3 months to a coma. The chat died down while he spoke about this and you figeted in your seat, you cleared your throat and spoke your thoughts,

'Me and Tom have always been friends, I never tried to break him and Sophie apart because he was happy. But, when he wasn't happy anymore and his girlfriend hurted him, he came to me, all i did was support him, and all he did was support me when I needed him.' You stare at the camera and Tom smiles at you, the chat seems to slowly ease up on you and you start to feel weight being lifted of your shoulders,

'We think you guys might have questions or just anything really so we are going to go live with a few of you, if I can figure it out.' He laughs and you help him, we go live with a few people and have a great time, everyone starts to be more sweet after they have the most full story we can give while still respecting privacy.

You smile at Tom as you see him chatting to the faces on screen, you laugh along with him until you see messages in chat, you see that Sophie has joined, you try to keep your disgust in and just roll your eyes in your head.

Tom notices how she keeps putting 'Hi Babe 💕💕' and he goes to block her but accidentally clicks 'go live with'. He curses and Sophie joins.

She waffles a load of shit and the live chat are having none of it, they can see the blank looks on yours and Tom's faces,

Tom interrupts Sophie,

'Thankyou for watching everyone! I had so much fun and I really hope you did too!' He clicks the X in the corner of the screen and sighs in relief.

You and him both instantly see the change in articles from the media and deem today successful.

'Thankyou for helping me, Tom.' You say looking him in the eyes, he grabs your cheeks and your lips lock with his, you feel happy, this is happiness.

You think to yourself:

i could spend my whole life with this man

wow! I've started doing longer chapters again, hope that's ok, this chapter definitely had a bit more drama, lmk ur thoughts !!
