I tapped the window softly, according to the beat of the music I was listening to - Panic of the Disco's Mona Lisa.

The view was spectacular with the asteroids and comets. The never ending blackness, the coldness, the emptiness were also overwhelming. Yet, in that darkness, the stars still shone brightly, dotting the darkness with their light.

I looked at my watch and my phone, it had stopped working the moment I left the hemisphere of Earth. It was nerve wrecking at first that my clock and my phone stopped working. I could see my phone's light shining but without wifi or mobile data, it was useless.

Surprisingly, Luxius had it all planned out and had prepared a clock for me beside my bed. He mentioned that communication devices would be given once I landed on Terra and had warned me that I could no longer use my phone and my watch.

According to the flashing lights, it was 1 am. There was a post-it note, something that Luxius found very amusing, and said that the time on the clock will be exactly three years ahead of Earth's timing. The thought scared me. It was like there was a huge time gap and the movie "Interstellar" popped into my head. I gulped.

I was internally panicking and staring into the space, literally, when I heard a soft knock on the door. I was too tired to open and just shouted that he can come in.

Luxius popped his head out from the door, "Hi."

I smiled slightly, "Hi. Don't just stand there and look like a lost puppy. Come on in." Luxius grinned, skipping and plopping himself on the bed.

"I'm not lost, this is my spaceship. Besides, I'm not a puppy. I'm way cuter and hotter than one." He smirked as he posed a little bit to back up that sentence. I rolled my eyes, my lips tipping upwards.

"How are you feeling?" Luxius said, his eyes drifting to the clock and then to my watch and phone. A look of realization dawned on him as he made himself comfortable beside me on the seat.

"Peachy" I mumbled. "What a nice answer." Luxius pouted. I just shrugged in reply. I heard him getting up but I just did not bother to see what stunt he would play.

I felt a pressure on my shoulders, I snapped my head upwards and he was massaging my shoulders. Holy moly. This boy just keep surprising me huh?!

"Relax Andrea. I can feel the stress oozing out from your shoulders. Is that bothering you?" He nodded his head towards the clock. I grasped my watch, "Yeah, it is scary.... to be three years ahead of Earth time. I kept assuming that it will be the same.... but in reality, it is not. "

Luxius squeezed my shoulders, "You have to get use to the timing. In Ozias, time runs faster, your perception of time will be different. Our time over here runs almost three times faster than the Earth time.... A year on Ozias is almost three years faster compared to Earth, relatively that is. The people you love will age faster on Earth and in their eyes, you will always be almost the same, aging yes but slowly."

I nodded, feeling a tear slipping down. The cruelty of time, it does not wait. I was terrified but I kept that thought to myself. Luxius too became silent and continued to massage me.

Attention: We will be arriving at the Ozias in thirty minutes. Please do your necessary arrangements. Thank You.

Luxius patted my head, "Well that's my cue to go. I will see you soon." I looked up and smiled at him, "Thank you so much."  He winked at me and went out. I started to pack my bag and took a long, hot shower, in hopes to calm my nerves.

-

The spaceship was going down the atmosphere, it was shaking rather violently. I gripped onto my seat belt. I gulped and looked out from the window, I could see the sky - violet mixed with blue; the clouds were a pale pink. It was so beautiful, my mouth opened in awe.

The creatures flying in the sky looked dangerous and ferocious from their big wings and sharp teeth. The sea, oh the sea was almost like the one on Earth, except it was so clear, I could see our approaching spaceship. The colour was of turquoise.

I could see the land nearing now, the vegetation on Ozias was strange, it was green but yet at the same time there was a hint of gold. The leaves were of various sizes and the trunk of the trees were huge.

I felt the speed of the spaceship slowing down and finally it came to a standstill. I frowned, I did not hear any screams or shoutings. It was really quiet, with the occasional animal calls. I unbuckled my seat belt and made my way to the pilot room, I was at the halfway mark when I saw Luxius and his father.

I waved at them, feeling glad that they were still here. A part of me were terrified that I would be alone in this strange planet.

"Are you okay?" Luxius' father asked. I nodded, giving him a reassuring smile, despite my intestines were all twisted.

"Ready to see our planet?" Luxius grinned with a hint of pride in it. I nodded, this time with more energy. From what I see from the sky, I knew it was going to be breathtaking.

The door made a groaning sound as it unlocked itself, I felt the light shining through. I was nervous and unconsciously held on Luxius' arm. He looked at me surprised, but made no moves.

The amount of light was slowly pouring in, and after what seems like forever, the door opened fully, revealing a brand new world to me.  The air was slightly heavier as they pressed against my skin, I was feeling a tad bit light headed but I managed to shake off the feeling.

The view was unbelievable, the pastel colors of the nature clashing against the darker colors of the architectures. It was remarkable, I stepped out and for the first time, I felt the light shining on my skin. I blinked, my skin was giving off a mild healthy glow which carries a little bit of orange, yellow and a color I could not recognise. I stared at my aura, I had no idea I had one!

I turned back to look at them, Luxius' father was laughing and nodding towards me while Luxius himself was staring at me, the look in his eyes was unfathomable. I tilted my head at the intense look he was giving at me. As quickly as it came, Luxius looked away from me. I frowned but that was not something I would think about right now.

I looked around this planet only to realise something, "How come... there is only one...erm....well....palace? Do everyone live in that...erm... palace?"

Luxius' father was laughing even harder now. I scratched my head, flustered and embarrassed. Luxius looked at me in amusement, "Oh no, that palace you are seeing is my home, well it is your home now too. The grand royale Palace of Ozias."

My Home? The. Grand. Royale. Palace. Of. Ozias. My brain apparently was functioning not really well in this new environment, I was still trying to digest it, this is bad...... I think I need to have my brain checked up. Why would he say my home too? Oh I am married now. To who? Oh yes to Luxius.

Oh god.

"You mean.... that" I pointed to that majestic looking architecutre, "This is your.....home?"

He smirked, "Yes honey, a piece of art isn' it."

I nodded, speechless. The carvings on the wall and pillars, the height itself, the color that contrast yet blended into the surrounding and the aura of power and authority.

And.... I'm living in this? I gulped.

Holy.

Shit..
