Giggling.

There was a shit ton of giggling.

I groaned as I groggily got up from my sweet heaven- my bed. I tilted my head and squinted at the alarm clock, it was only 7.45 am. Who in the world is giggling at this kind of hour and on a weekend nevertheless.

I reluctantly pushed myself out of the bed and headed out to my balcony. I slid open the balcony door and shivered at the coldness of the morning wind and glance down, it was only just in time to see a black colored hair disappearing into the house.

I stared at that spot blankly and shook my head, making my way back to my beloved bed. I was just about to close my eyes and slipped into dreamland, when the giggling happened again. This time, however, it was more obnoxious. I clenched my teeth in annoyance, did Luxius seriously just brought a woman back to the house, a woman who could not stop giggle?! Didn't we had an unsaid pact to be loyal?

I took in a deep breath, ignoring the giggling which seemed to be always echoing around the house, coupled along with hushed whispers. Flirting huh? I thought, both hurt and annoyed at the thought of some random woman in our house. My heart did a weird clench and I frowned at the uncomfortable feeling.

Another wave of giggling and this time, I got up from my bed, no longer in the mood to sleep. Should I go and catch them, but what if I caught them in a compromising position? Growling under my breath and messing my already messed-up hair, I slid my feet into the fluffy shoes and padded out.

Perhaps I made too much noise as the moment my door was opened, the giggling and the whispers stopped, as if they were caught red handed. I smirked evilly, oh so now they fear, the real deal is coming.

I dramatically made my way downstairs, and even added a stretch, pretending to not have a single clue but my eyes were scanning the environment for any amidst. There was surprisingly none, the house was spookily quiet now. I snickered silently, deliberately getting myself a glass of water. There was shuffled footsteps behind me, I ignored them.

"Oh good morning my lovely Andrea" a sweet voice greeted me. I turned back and saw the queen standing in a simple white nightgown, I smiled, "And a lovely morning to you."

The queen however had a nervous look and was trying her very best to cover it up, but being me, I noticed her nervousness. I continued to pretend to be oblivious.

"You're up early today." The queen said, getting a glass of water too. I nodded, "Yeap, somehow I am awake early today. I wonder why."

She chuckled, the nervousness showing even clearer. I sighed internally, so the queen knew about this other woman in the house currently? She did not immediately chased that woman out too. For some unknown reason, I felt disappointed and self-conscious, maybe the queen doesn't really like me after all.

"It is still so early, how about you go back to your room and rest? I will cook a delicious breakfast for you and Luxius." The queen urged. I cocked my eyebrow, and nodded slowly, "Oh..kay?" The queen beamed and turned around, taking out the ingredients from the fridge.

I narrowed my eyes, confused and hurt. Why was she in a hurry to chase me back to my room? I slowly made my way upstairs, I had already lost my appetite and my mood all together for the day. I sighed as I put my hand onto my door knob, turned and pushed open.

"SURPRISE!" Somebody screamed, throwing streamers onto me. I was stunned beyond words as my mind tried to wrap itself around the image presented in front of me. That image was none other than my best friend. I blinked once, twice, thrice before I let out a startled scream. Jassie looked shocked and began screaming too. Soon, we were both screaming, me out of shock and hers out of amusement.

"Such a unique way of greeting one another." Luxius deadpanned, walking into my room. His words stopped my screaming and Jassie stopped almost immediately too. However, I was still in shock to even bother reputing against his remark. I slowly made my way to my bed and flopped myself onto it.

"Jassie? Is that you?" I questioned her. This is one strange dream, was my conversation with the queen a dream too? Jassie rolled her eyes dramatically, "Duh, of course Andrea! It is me, in flesh, in blood and bones."

I stared at her blinking. I slowly reached forward and poked Jassie's stomach. My eyes widened. There is a stomach! Luxius face palmed himself, "This is not very hard to absorb you know." I turned my attention to him and narrowed my eyes, "Well easy for you to say." Hesnickered, "I'm leaving, too much oestrogen for me." and slammed the door.

Jassie chuckled and gave me a big bear hug, "I missed you! Do you miss me? Or are you too busy with somebody's body?" I slapped her head, "NO! Jeesh!" Jassie pouted, rubbing her hair, "You two are married for god's sake, it is time to prepare for the next generation! I want to be the god mother!!"

I just shook my head speechless, Luxius and I have not even hold hands nor went out on a date, let alone doing that. I sighed, and questioned her "So how did you come here? Did your parents know? How long are you going to stay here? When are you leaving tomorrow?"

Jassie laughed and began explaining.

I ate my delicious pancakes, humming softly. Jassie was currently bathing after unpacking her luggage, she apparently had a heavy meal on Luxius' spaceship before arriving at Ozias.

"Look honey, she's practically glowing." The queen grinned. I continued to eat my pancakes and drowning them with maple syrup. I chewed with a silly grin on my face, Jassie was staying over for two weeks and brought items that were from herself and my parents. This was supposedly the surprise that Luxius had been planning for a week now.

I was not going to be alone! I drowned another slice of pancake with maple syrup and began humming while cutting the pancakes into smaller parts.

"Yes sweetheart, she is definitely glowing." the king agreed. Luxius looked at me with a strange expression on his face, his eyes glinting with amusement and something that I still could not really understand.

Within ten minutes, I finished the delicious meal and beamed at the royal family in front of me, "Thank you for this amazing breakfast! This is the most awesome pancakes and maple syrup ever!" The queen and king smiled at me before excusing themselves for their royal meeting with the other rulers.

Luxius chuckled softly, "It is still the same pancakes and maple syrup." I shrugged, it is still delicious! I was still obviously in cloud nine and I went to give Lxuius a big, big hug and whispered in his ear, "Thank you so much for planning this, it means so much to me."

Luxius froze for a second at the contact but quickly wrap his arms around me. I smiled and stood back. I beamed at him, "And I thought you were permanently a jerk," while patting his shoulder. Luxius stared at me, brought up his hands and ruffled my hair. I shook a little bit from his tingling warm touch.

"Please, a jerk can be nice sometimes." Luxius smirked. I laughed, not even mad.

"I think you are proud to be a jerk."

He laughed and ruffled my hair again, "Don't you know? Jerk is my nickname."
