This chapter will be written in William's (Andrea's father) POV

I smoothed my black Armani suit, trying to wipe off any dust and remove any traces of creases. My mind was running with tons of questions. Why would the king, or I should say President, hold up a secret meeting; just the two of us nevertheless? What could possibly be happening? Was our hospitality not up to their standards? Or.... did they decide to drop their kind facade and take over Earth, threatening me in the process, or giving me a heads up for their sick little game?

I frowned at that thought, my family was the only thing that I cared so deeply. My hands clenched into a fist as they might be in danger. It had been two weeks since the Hardt father-and-son duo have landed on Earth. They had an amazing attitude and personality, in fact it was better than some of the political figures I met.

Luxius Meda Hardt- an arrogant young gentleman but his elegance and the way he carry himself was impressive. I knew he had a strong fanbase across many social media and yet somehow, his attention was always directed to my daughter. It was certainly entertaining to see my daughter being so affected by his antics, she had always been so uptight and cautious around males. With Luxius around, my dear Andrea had her tough shell cracked. Her expression was so candid around him and as her father, I was glad that she was finally opening up to someone other than my wife, myself or her best friend.

I knew she was shaken by the fact that some insignificant male pursued her only for our family's name and reputation. She tried to be brave and said that their relationship meant nothing but I was not stupid nor naive. I could hear her sobbing in her room for days to come. She hid her sadness very well and soon she became wary of the males that approach and turned away many potential suitors.

It has been two years since that cheating bastard saga happened. I wished she could bring a guy home, so that I could load my gun and inspect him head to toe, all the while playing with my gun.

I smiled at that thought.

"Kind to share whatever you're thinking to have you smiling like that?" someone asked. I snapped out of my thoughts and immediately stood up from the seats.

"Mister Hardt" I reached out to shake his hand. His hand clasped firmly in mine, "Mr Nightingale."

"Here have a seat, while I get some coffee for us." I said, heading to the coffee maker.

"Please, do call me Wiarc. Mister Hardt is too formal." He smiled while I carried two cups of piping hot coffee back to the seats.

"Sure." I smiled, putting down the cups. Wiarc took a sniff and said, "That smells heavenly, may I know what is that?"

"It's known as coffee, made from coffee beans which contains caffeine that keeps one awake during long nights." I explained, sipping some of the coffee, enjoying the aroma of the coffee.

Wiarc nodded and took a sip of the coffee. "Amazing."

I nodded as I straightened my back.

"So what's with this secret meeting which I could not tell my family nor NASA?" I inquired, with a hint of seriousness in my voice. Wiarc put down his cup of coffee and looked at me.

"Direct and no beating around the bush. Good, I shouldn't beat around the bush too." Wiarc said, he placed his cup gently on the table. When he looked up, his eyes were no longer holding on to that childlike sparkle, it was piercing.

The easy going atmosphere turned to a serious one almost immediately. I cocked my head slightly to the right, waiting for his reply.

"I want to have a marriage." Wiarc said. I felt my eyebrows shot up. Marriage? With who? How does this have to do with me?
