Twenty Eighth Aegyo

" Why don't you invite them to the festival? " Choilin piped up from her spot. We were having one of our break times before continuing with practice. So many weeks passed and the festival is in two days time. Everyone is on edge and everything must be perfect. We got all the necessary preparations ready. All is left is to practice hard and prepare for the Final Night. Today was actually our general rehearsal, so that the remainder two days will be used for resting ( you need enough energy for the performance to function well ). So here we are eating snacks before Choilin decided to announce her idea.

" Invite them? " I repeated her statement. 

" Come on Blythe, give them a new phase. Idols like them need to relax!!! " She exclaimed with sparkles in her eyes. " It's boring sometimes to go to photo shoots, practice and other things related to that!!! "

" Well she does have a point. " Jean was rubbing her chin as if in thought. " That also crossed my mind before... "

" So Jean agrees!!! " Choilin gave me a victory sign. Jean, on the other hand, was red all over her face.

" But if we did invite them... " Her blush turned ten fold. " Then they'll be watching our performance in the Final Night. "

" Oh right, they will... " I trailed off before a blush settled on my face. Bloody hell if we did invite them then they'll be able to see our performance!!!          

" Well isn't that just perfect? " Yuna had this glint in her eyes while smiling evilly at us. " It just shows your love for them~ "

" Our love for them? " Jean narrowed her eyes, still blushing. " I swear if you have something up that sleeve of yours, I won't hesitate to kill you... "

" Dear Jean, why not be positive? " Hana suddenly wrapped an arm around our shoulders. " Your beloved Woohyun watching you sing and dance on stage-- "

" ARGH--stop it!!! " Jean's face was like a tomato right now. I almost forgot that everyone also knows about Jean and Woohyun's relationship. Unlike before, they took it calmly and Yuna even told that they'd end up together in the end, anyway. 

" First it was Blythe and now it's Jean~ " Yuna snickered while doing a heart pose. Jean only stared at her with a poker face. 

" You guys are REALLY lucky. " Choilin pouted. " First you met your idols, became close and now turned into lovers....are you two idol magnets? "

" Say it... " Jung smirked. " You're just J-E-A-L-O-U-S "

" No I'm not!!! "

" Yes you are!!! "

" Nope, not in a million chance!!! "

" Come on you're not alone. " Jung suddenly pointed to Hana. " You two will form the Je-- "

" Don't even think about it. " Hana hit the the latter on the head with a book. Jin-Hae only sighed while Seon couldn't help but shook his head at his friend. 

" I agree with Choilin. " Hae-won said. " Why don't you two invite them. It won't even hurt if you try. "

" Fine. " Both Jean and I released a defeated sigh. Oh well, they'd have to meet them eventually. We all returned to practice afterwards.

" My honey!!! " Woohyun suddenly hugged Jean. Right now, we're at a random pizza parlor ( since Sunggyu initiated a hang out ). It was Hoya and Dongwoo who picked us up earlier. We just stepped through the door when out of nowhere did INFINITE's " Heart-machine " appeared and tackled my best friend in a hug.

" T-Too tight. " She blushed as she struggled in his hold. " And what do you mean My honey?! "

" Because you're my girlfriend and I missed you so much, my honey<3 " He snuggled his head on top of hers. I couldn't help but laugh at Jean's flushed face. The scene is cute. It's like there is a rabbit nestled on her head. 

" What are you laughing? " Jean glared at me before smirking. " Don't make L wait, he's getting lonely without you paying attention to him. "

" Whaaa... " I blushed ten fold, which made the four chuckle in amusement. We all walked towards a private room ( that Sunggyu reserved ) and saw the rest of the members. Seeing Myungsoo looking at me made me blush ( and remembering Jean's statement made it even redder than before ). Sungjong tackled the both of us in a hug while Sungyeol ruffled our heads.

" Woohyun, you look like a monkey from that perspective. " Sungyeol said. Apparently Woohyun still has his arms around Jean. 

" She's my honey so I get to hug her all I want. " The latter said, his cheeks rubbing affectionately on Jean's head.

She shivered. " I feel goosebumps all over me. "

" JEAN!!!!! " The female only smirked at her lover's outburst. Myungsoo, on the other hand, was standing beside me. I turned to him and smiled.

" It's been a long time now, hasn't it? " He smiled back at me while grabbing my hand.

" Indeed it is. " Was what his reply. Soon, all of us were sitted on the table, eating pizza. All of us were catching up on things ( since everyone has been busy lately ) and even striked on a random conversation. While everyone is busy interacting with one another, Jean and I were silently communicating. Yuna and the others REALLY wanted to meet them and we couldn't say no so...

Jean suddenly sigh before clearing her throat. " Are you guys free this Friday? " Everyone turned to her.

" Yes, why? " Sunggyu answered.

" Well we have an upcoming festival and though that maybe yo-- " She wasn't able to finish her statement. Woohyun, Sungjong and Dongwoo all jumped for joy. 

" There's a festival in your university? " Woohyun was ecstatic. " You can count on me. It's been a long time since I've gone to one. "

" And the booths!!! " Sungjong chirped. " I bet there's going to be a Horror Booth. "

" Horror Booth... " Dongwoo shivered.

" I think there is one. " I spoke from my spot. 

" Why don't we all enter, like the one we did in the Ranking King. " Sungyeol said while taking a bite from his pizza. " And we'll see who's the bravest AND the weakest among us. "

" Says the one who was shivering from a corner back then. " Myungsoo interjected.

" Yah!!! " Sungyeol glared at him. " You left me and I had to look for the wooden gourds alone!!! "

" But it's much fun and scary if you venture out alone.... "

All of us couldn't help but laugh at Sungyeol's face. He had this " unamused-but-I-get-you " kind of expression. It is then concluded that INFINITE would go to the festival ( of course in disguises ). We continued eating and talking afterwards.
