There she is.

Adrien couldn't feel more amazed at the sight in front of him. Not in his whole life did he ever imagine this would happen, being stricken by a girl, until now. He noticed she was wearing a light blue dress, with shorter sleeves on the shoulders. The skirt was ruffled all the way down, with a tie around her waist that made a bow in the back.

She walked toward him slowly, with a small smile on her face. Her cheeks flushed, not knowing what to do with the boy constantly staring at her. Adrien held out his arm toward her in a friendly gesture.

"You look stunning," Adrien whispered, as Marinette gracefully hooked her arm through his.

"You don't look to bad yourself prince charming," she said playfully hitting his arm. Adrien laughed, as they walked up to the registry.

"Right this way," the lady behind the counter said while grabbing some menus. A couple followed her back into the restaurant, while Adrien and Marinette watched them get seated.

"Sir? What can I do for you?" An older lady said for what seemed like the third time. Adrien and Marinette turned sharply, both having an awkward smile plastered on their faces.

Adrien was the first one to speak, "A table for two please." Marinette looked at Adrien, surprised at how calm he was, especially after what just happened.

Watching the lady type on her tablet, she paused for a brief second. "What's the name for?"

"Adrien."

"Last name?"

Adrien felt his muscles tense. He never did like sharing his last name in public, especially at a restaurant. He opened his mouth ready to speak, until Marinette beat him to it.

"Change it to Marinette Du-pen Cheng please," Adrien closed his mouth. He looked at Marinette with gratitude, thanking her mentally.

The lady rolled her eyes in annoyance, and deleted her previous writing. Typing in the new name as well as watching the clock. She glanced down the crowded hallway full of people, with no concern at all.

"It will be about a 30 minute wait," she said blatantly. Adrien and Marinette looked at each other, them too starting to get annoyed.

"Thank you," Marinette politely said brushing off the mood before. She grabbed Adriens hand and pulled him out of the line. Marinette heard some whispers behind them but chose not to listen to them. Looking at their hands, Adrien couldn't help but blush a little, hoping that Marinette didn't see this new side of him.

After sitting down on a bench, Marinette's mind was racing. She didn't forget the plan, how could she? This is so much more than the usual plan normal people have, but when has she ever been normal. However, every time she thought about it she couldn't help but have butterflies fly around in her stomach. How could she possibly stare into those green eyes, and confess her feelings?

Adrien watched as Marinette had a mental argument with herself. Feeling her hand, still in his, start to sweat over a period of time. Worry started to creep inside of him, as he watched Marinette's face become more panicked.

"Marinette? Are you okay?" He whispered, trying not to make a scene than there already was. Marinette snapped out of her mental riot and looked at him awkwardly. Struggling to find her confidence again.

With much struggle, she found her smile. "Oh nothing for you to worry about!" She said, hysterically. Adrien noticed this, but didn't take much more thought into it.

Marinette cleared her throat, "Did you hear that Alya and Nino are engaged?" Adrien chuckled, as if it wasn't old news.

"Yeah, I was apart of the whole proposing process." He said calmly as ever, "it was quite a good experience actually!" He smiled and turned toward Marinette. Trying to hold a straight face, she smiled warmly, even when she wanted to hit something. Looking down, she noticed there hands still holding each other.
