As the cries of two newborn babies filled the night, it was also destined that a ritual be set in place. The combination of bloodlines that will form not only one supernatural being but two that shall run the land with knowledge of a thousand years, more powerful than the original witch, anTd immortal for all time with the power to take away or add time to all life. They named me Anastasia and my sister Kelia. We were placed in the world to rule and be leaders. As the energy of a thousand years filled our bodies the cries grew and the unbreakable spell was fulfilled.
My view:
I found this author's way of writing difficult to get into. I'm not entirely too sure what it was, but most likely it's how formal and tight the voice is. It's like listening to my high school teacher yammering on about mathematics. Dull and tiresome.
Now, don't go thinking I don't like this story, because once I got past the annoying writing of the author, I found it to be a good, strong storyline with close sisters. How often is it that here on Wattpad, you read about siblings? The most I'm used to is 'I'm In Love With My Brothers Best Friend' - and let's be honest, that's not really anything about siblings at all. Just another romance story.
But this here goes into the detail of two sisters, royalty to boot, and their strong connection to one another. It's touching and interesting to read - especially when you find out that their world revolves entirely around Magic!
There were quite a few hard to see mistakes that took some careful checking, but with a little bit of editing, those mistakes could easily vanish.
