LANA MACKENZIE ANNOUNCES A PRIVATE INTERVIEW WITH DYLAN GRAHAM TO 'SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT'
Unless you have been living under a rock these past few weeks, you must have heard of the latest celebrity scandal involving Lana Mackenzie.
An anonymous source close to the star dished that the Australian actress — who turned 40 just two days ago — was struggling with alcoholism and has been for years now. The revelation made many people talk as fans and critiques all seemed to have an opinion on the matter.
The Marvel darling didn't comment on the situation but her costars posting statements of support on social media all but confirmed it.
Yesterday though, Lana Mackenzie finally broke her silence and posted the following announcement on her official twitter page:
"I'm sure you've all noticed I have been avoiding the internet lately, for obvious reasons. Truth be told I can't even get out of my house without being hounded and asked intrusive questions. [1/4]
While the things you've been reading about in the media relate to my personal life, I do believe I owe my fans an explanation. I'm sorry if it's taken me this long but I'm sure you all understand the circumstances. [2/4]
I have agreed to give a private interview with Dylan Graham. It will be filmed at my own house and televised on his show, Friday March 16th at 7pm PST. [3/4]
I intend to set the record straight and I would greatly appreciate if the commotion could cease in the mean time. This is not something easy for me to talk about. Please respect my privacy, if not for my sake, then at least for my 6-year-old son's. Thank you. [4/4]"
