Raven's POV

“Babe can you pass the salt?” Mu stated while smiling at me.

I was thinking whether I should pass him the salt when Kuroro get the salt and passed it to Mu.

Here we go again.

Kuroro saving me from Mu. But seriously doesn’t any of them get tired from doing this everyday because I am.

I looked at Mu as he nonchalantly took the salt passed by Kuroro.

Then there is that awkward silence in the table again.

A few moments later...

“Babe can you pass the pepper?” Again Mu stated while smiling at me.

I was about to pass the pepper but Kuroro was quicker than me.

Again, Mu nonchalantly took the pepper passed by Kuroro.

I glanced at Kuroro, his face was his usual poker face.

Not that I expect him to be annoyed at Mu but any normal person would be so annoyed at Mu right now.

The patience of Kuroro is amazing and the lack of shame of Mu is also amazing.

Honestly, I am really amazed that they are not yet punching each other right now.

They have been like this over a week now.

“Babe, can you pass the salad?” Again Mu stated while smiling at me.

And again Kuroro immediately passed the salad to Mu.

Again, Mu nonchalantly took the salad passed by Kuroro.

A few seconds had passed.

“Babe, can I have some extra rice?” Again Mu stated while smiling at me.

This time the rice was beyond any of our reach.

This time Mu was getting pettier than usual.

Kuroro was about to stand when I grabbed his arm.

He looked at me.

I gestured him to remain seated.

“Mu, please get it yourself. The rice is over there.” I pointed at the direction of the pot I used to cook the rice.

“I am yours to command babe.” He stated as he stood and winked at me.

If his wink could kill, I would probably be dead multiple times already by now.

Unconsciously, I grabbed Kuroro’s hand.

“I am sorry.” I mouthed the statement.

I did not want Mu to hear.

He pressed my hand onto his hand as his face come closer to mine.

For some reason, I felt my heart throbbing so fast as his face drew closer to mine.

“It’s not your fault. I am alright.” He whispered at me.

I just nod and continue eating hoping he will not notice my erratic heart beating or perhaps my cheeks blushing.

Dinner isn't so bad after all, I guess.
