"listen, you can fool my parents, but you can't fool me, I know who you are, Sebastian." I said Rolling my eyes, and shaking my head, did my parents really not care about ruining my thanksgiving?

"V, tú sabes que tus padres odian que hables inglés en la casa" (V, you know your parents hate that you speak english at home) He said and i don't know why every single word he spoke sounded 10 times more annoying than when we were together.

"Thanks for stopping by, sebastian, now you can leave" I said serious and my mom walked in in the kitchen in that very second " you know what? I take that back, I don't have to thank you for anything, you have nothing to Do here"

"no, no, no " My mother said taking his hand "Quedate querido, tomate un café con nosotros" (Stay, dear, drink a coffee with us) my mother said in a sweet voice that she didn't even use on me

"if you fucking adore him so much then you should adopt him" I rolled my eyes and glared again. I was so damn pissed at him and my mom for being like that with him, she left to the living room for awhile

"listen V, I don't care if you're in the other side of the state, we can make it work, you know? I'll visit, you can come too, Or you can just get transferred here... I mean you're studying art, it's shitty everywhere" he said with a smug, was he really trying to get me back with that horrible remark? Jesus...

"hijo de puta... don't you see I hate you? "(son of a bitch) i said loud enough for him to hear but not my mom

"Princesa, cuidado con las palabrotas" (princess, watch your mouth) he said again and I groaned "anyways sweety, look, I brought you these tulips, your favorites"

"no, they are your favorites, I hate them... Seb... you can take those beautiful tulips and shove them Up your a--" my sentence was interrupted by the door that opened and Jason, my little nephew , came inside the house running with his new toy/candy

"mommy! mommy!!! look at what uncle Noah got me!!!" He said running past all of us into the living room where his mom was, i guess he still had trouble changing between languages, even if he knew both.

I looked at him running and chuckled a little at his cuteness, God, i love that boy so much. I didn't even know if it bothered Noah that he called him uncle noah but that was so cute.

Seconds later Noah walked in with a box, probably a cake for dinner tonight, nobody asked him for it but he still got it anyways, cuz he is so cute. He left it on the corner and then he noticed me and Sebastian.

"oh Hi!" he said to both of us and walked to sebastian

"Nice to meet you, bro, I'm Noah" He said taking his arm out. He clearly had no idea who he was.

"Um.. hey" Sebastian said confused and took his hand shaking it "I'm Sebastián and you are..? " he said with a little frown on his face

"I'm Valerie's boyfriend, sorry if i don't remember your name in a few hours" he chuckled "I'm gonna be meeting so many people this weekend" he said scratching the back of his head

"It's okay babe, you don't need to remember him at all" I said and Sebastian glared at me when i said that, i walked to Noah and got on my tiptoes to kiss his cheek "You took so long, i missed you" I pouted and he chuckled pecking my pouty lips. then he turned his attention back to Sebastian

"So... Are you a cousin from Valerie's mother's side or father's side of the family?" He knew i didn't have more siblings, so he assumed sebastian was a cousin. which amused me more than it should, I chuckled a bit

"I'm none... ?" he said not understanding why Noah hadn't got it yet, but i was on the verge to laugh out loud "I'm V's e--"

"You know what he is?" i asked looking at noah with a half smirk

"What, baby?" He asked frowning confused at my annoyed attitude

"He is leaving, right sebastian?" I said crossing my arms in front of my chest, glaring at him

"Valeria! deja de molestar a Sebastian! ya te dije que se va a quedar a tomar café!" (Valeria, stop bothering sebastian, i told you he's staying for coffee )

"Then we're leaving until you're done drinking coffee with him!" I scolded and Noah still looked like a lost puppy

"But monkey... i want coffee too" he pouted and i took his hand

"I hate coffee, We're gonna go out for awhile" I said to mom and Noah, dragging him outside the house with me, without giving him any explanations "We'll drink something outside"
