I'm back! (forse)
E' stato annunciato (come penso voi già sappiate) lo spin-off di Pretty Little Liars chiamato Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. Tutti si chiedono se ci sarà anche Lucy Hale nel cast o se farà comunque qualche apparizione. In un'intervista, Lucy ha rivelato a Bustle:
"I know they just did the pilot, and I'm sure it'll go to series... If they do, I don't know, it kind of depends if my show goes another season . For me, the Pretty Little Liars chapter is closed for now, but I'm always open to revisiting it later on, maybe."
Con ''my show'' Lucy si riferiva a Life Sentence che è stato da poco cancellato. Quindi chissà!
Marlene King aveva parlato della possibilità di rivedere qualche volto noto nel corso di un'intervista: "Probabilmente ci sarà qualcuno da Pretty Little Liars, ma non nel pilot. Incontreremo quattro nuovi protagonisti, i Perfectionists, anche se uno di loro non arriverà alla fine del pilot!"
Lucy Hale che, in quel momento, aveva escluso la possibilità di prendere parte alla serie:
"Non penso che ci sarò nello spin-off. Supporterò di sicuro la serie e la guarderò. Penso che filmeranno a Vancouver, quindi potrei andare sul set a fare un po' di stalking!" Nel gennaio del 2018, quando Lucy Hale aveva rilasciato questa dichiarazione, era ancora molto impegnata nella promozione della sua nuova serie tv, intitolata Life Sentence e del film Truth or Dare .

La pellicola è stata distribuita nelle sale cinematografiche statunitensi a partire dal 13 aprile 2018, mentre in quelle italiane dal 21 giugno.
Ecco le sue parole:
"What was so great about PLL is there were these five really strong female characters that were really selfless and determined and were all leaders," Hale explains. "And I think Olivia is very much like that, she's like the glue of the group.... she starts out super sweet and naive... [but] by the end of the film, she's really broken down, but stepped up and takes control of the situation and ends up saving the remainder of her friends that are still alive."
