This book was originally inspired on a video-edit by shu :: ki on YouTube (shu_kki on Wattpad). The video has since been privated, but I'd still like to thank them for their support and art.

Please note that this book has gone through quite some things. It is currently 2023. I originally wrote this book in 2017. I didn't speak English perfectly, only discovered Grammarly existed halfway through and didn't edit most of the chapters I flung onto the internet. Since I finished the book I repeatedly tried to rewrite and edit it, but I never got far. I tried in 2018, then again in 2019, then again in 2020, and then I gave up. I felt I needed to continuously improve the book since it was the first fic I ever got genuine support on. I specifically met one very special person through this fic. She always supported me and gave me the courage to seek out AO3 and enter this book into writing contests on Wattpad, both of which changed my life for the better. She has since passed away, and I always wanted to rewrite this fic and dedicate it to her. Now, after years of struggling, I have decided to leave the fic as is. It captured my readers' hearts in 2017 and it deserves to exist, even as just a fragment of the past. So I hope you will enjoy it. Thank you winterlunium, I will never forget you.
