Lost in her mind
She didn't know where to go
Lost in her head
But didn't want it to show.
She jumps and runs over
The hurdles in her way
In her PE lessons
Each and every single day.
However she couldn't
Get past the one
That was standing
Right in her way.
Try as she might
She couldn't move on
Try as hard as daylight
But she couldn't move on
As sunsets passed
And nights grew longer
The only thing she could feel
Was her mind wanting to wander
Soon she lost her grip
And now everyone will see
The utter chaos of her
Heart and mind
That she tried
Not to be

Firstly- can I just say I hold this poem to my heart? No literally I do. This is everything.
