A/N: This one's just a filler to take up a day or two in his life. It sucks ik. It's also pretty short but I thought I needed to grow their friendship a little so yeah, enjoy it.

Luke's P.O.V.

Right after that, he stood up and got off at his stop, which was also mine. Once I was off also, he was nowhere to be seen. I sigh and walk into the house, welcomed with a hug from my mum. "Luke, tonight I have a new co-worker coming over for dinner, he has a son around your age, can you keep him entertained?" I shrug, walking up to my room.

I couldn't help but think of Ashton's stupidly cute little dimples, or his hair falling on his forehead or how big his sweatshirt was on him. I couldn't help but think about the way he played with his drawstrings, twirling them around his finger over and over. I look at my timer.

I sigh overdramatically, trying to kick Ashton out of my head. He's not allowed to take over my life.

I attempt this until I hear mum call me down stairs. I walk down slowly. I hate meeting new people. I always have and always will. Then I hear it. I hear his chuckle. Fuck, fuck. What's he doing in my house? I amble into the room. He's smiling politely at my mum, shaking her hand. "Nice to meet you, Ashton." She smiles back.

Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck. "Luke," his head shoots up in obvious interest, "This is Ashton. He's new to the town, and he's actually in the same grade as you," she smiles. "We've met." I fake a smile back. "That's nice!" She smiles at Ashton once more. "It's nice to meet you, Luke." Mr. Irwin's low voice stated. "You also," I shake his hand with a smile.

"Well, Ashton, make yourself at home! Jack and Ben are out with some girls. You two can head up to Luke's room or just sit in the living room and watch television. Dinner will be ready soon!" Mr. Irwin smiled and nodded before walking into the kitchen, my mother close behind. "So," Ashton's looking down at his feet.

I showed him around a bit, where the bathroom was, where my room was, anywhere where I could be if I ran to get something. "What would you like to do?" Ashton shrugged. I stared at him. He was so different than in school. "We can just hang out in my room; maybe get to know each other better?"

Ashton nodded and I led him to his room closing the door behind us. Ashton stopped when he saw the walls.

Oh.

Oh no.

"Um, are you alright?" I smiled. He nods and smiles. He points to a Paramore poster. "I love Paramore." I smile at that. "I do, too. Calum likes One Direction," I chuckle, "But I love Panic! At The Disco." I had to emphasize. He looks at the many albums I have on my shelves, walking by the records on my wall. I sit down on my bed, watching him. Once he was finished, he awkward stood in the room, looking at me.

I patted the spot next to me. "You're allowed to sit next to me, Ashton." He stares at me before slowly sitting down. "So, how was your first day?" He looks at me, before whispering, "People here aren't really accepting, huh?" I look at him, my heart cracks at how hurt he looks. He quickly changed the subject, "You play guitar?" I look at him confused before glancing at what was behind me, my white guitar rest against the wall. "Oh, yeah." I look at him. He grows silent again before he stands up and walks to the guitar on the wall.

"Can you play me something?" Ashton picks it up, studying the instrument before handing it to me. I shrug. We start talking about what songs we both like and I can't help but grin when he starts talking about his obsession with Taylor Swift. I end up playing too many songs to name, and his beautiful smile keeps coming out every now and then. He starts singing along when I start playing Panic! At The Disco's This Is Gospel and my heart stops at how beautiful his voice is.

I smile at him, singing along with him. We stop a few songs later, getting bored with the guitar. "Goddamn, it's getting hot in here." Ashton chuckles as I hear him mumble, take off all your clothes. I roll my eyes at his stupid grin. "Do you want to borrow one of my t-shirts to change into? You have to be hot in that shirt." He shakes his head. "I'm fine."

I smile. "What do you like to do?" Ashton shrugs nonchalantly. "I like to draw, watch YouTube videos..." I give him a cheeky grin, "Who's your favorite YouTuber?" Ashton shrugs again. "I watch way too many... But if I had to choose, it'd probably be Joey Graceffa." I nod with a smile, before he can reply they're called down for dinner.

Once at the dinner table, I noticed how Ashton played with his spaghetti, giving it nervous glances before slowly taking bites as if it were poison. After he took about three bites, he stopped eating, most likely waiting for me to finish.

Ashton and I are sat in my room again, talking about our favorite Shoey videos. I then remember his other hobby. "What do you like to draw?" He shrugs, kicking his feet. "Lots of things. People, animals, plants..." I chuckle, "My friend likes to draw also, but he never lets me see what he's drawing." Ashton nods. "Yeah, I'm insecure about my drawings also."

I look at him, nodding in understanding. He looks at me before smiling. "If you don't mind me asking... How many days until your time runs out?" My heart stops. I completely forgot about my time. I glance at it. "Almost three days." His eyes widen slightly before playing it off with a smile.

After a little while of us chatting about random topics his father called him down to leave. When he went to leave my room, with me behind him, he turned around and hugged me. "See you Monday, Luke," and he ran down the stairs, leaving me grinning and blushing like an idiot.

Once Monday finally came, I sat in my regular seat in Science, carelessly doodling on my notebook little smiley faces or tornados. The only things I can draw. A smile grew across my face when Ashton walked in. He was wearing another hoodie, this time who Danisnotonfire on it. I chuckle at it. Once he sits down he whispers, "Hi." I'm grinning again. "Hey." Before we can even start a conversation, Ms. Sheerily walks in quieting everyone down.

During the middle of class he starts to doodle on a piece of paper (if you can even call it doodling) a cartoon rabbit. Once he finishes it, he looks at it before he crumbles it up, putting it in his pocket. My heart cracked in my chest.

At lunch, I sat with Ashton. He didn't have food again. I gave him my chips again, which he ate two of. We talked about Our2ndLife, AmazingPhil, and Danisnotonfire. His laugh was beautiful when I did impressions of their accents, I couldn't help but blush.

I look at my time secretly.
