"How are you yeobo?" he asks through the screen

"I'm fine Vernon. How bout you?" you answer

"I'm still missing you" he pouted

You let out a sigh. It's been 6 months since you've been married, and it's also been 6 months since he left the states to attend a family business in Korea.

It's been difficult for the both of you. You could've flew with him there but you had to manage your shop in the states and no one is available to take over the shop for more than a day

"When will you be back?" you asked sadly

"Soon enough I'll be back. But I can't actually tell when" he smiled to assure you

"Oppa!" Sofia, Vernon's little sister appeared from behind you "I nailed my Math exams!" she exclaimed showing a paper in the camera

"Wow! That's great Sofia. You're doing better in school!" Vernon claps while laughing

"Of course. [Y/N] eonni has been helping me so much on my studies. Without you here she can focus on teaching me" Sofia said with a shake of head

"Ya, what's wrong if Vernon's with us?" you asked her

She just crossed her arms "One, you two are sweet to each other. Two, you argue when one is trying to explain. Three, sometimes you both have different perspective. Four, there are times when you both neglect me."

"That's not true" Vernon protested

You and Sofia looked at Vernon with a sarcastic 'really?' face. "Face it Vernon. Sofia's right, I'm better at teaching her" you burst out into pits of laughter

"Ya! That's not true! I'm also good at teaching!" he says and started explaining the quantum numbers.

"Alright, stop stop" Sofia laughed covering her ears

The three of you continued to converse through the night. But when time struck 2am you had to stop to rest for the next day

Vernon's POV

"I'll call you again tomorrow at 6pm" I waved at the camera

"Sure thing." [Y/N] replied with a smile

"Don't forget to call me once he's contacted you eonni!" Sofia reminded her

"Of course!" [Y/N] replied

I laughed a bit. I really miss them both. Specially my wife whom I haven't spent time with after getting married to. I feel so sorry. She must feel so sad about it.

I sighed. How I wish I can see them smile again. I'll come back home soon. Don't worry [Y/N], I'll run back to you.

"Rest well" I say and blew a kiss to both of them

"Bye oppa!" Sofia waved at me

"Bye, Sofia" I waved back at her. She stands up anf left the room

I stared back at [Y/N]. She was smiling at me through the screen

"I miss you Mrs. Chwe" I spoke out

She looks down in embarrassment and looked back at me "I miss you to Mr. Chwe"

Suddenly her phone rings. That's weird. Who would call her early in the morning? No, who on earth would call at 2 in the morning?
