Vernon (Request)

( Your POV )

"Vernon!!!" You shouted when you saw him outside your school

"Anne!!!" He shouted back.

You both did your long handshake which you always do whenever you two meet and this has been going on since you were kids. Since you two were basically best friend since you two were in diapers. After the handshake you two said

"Until we die, we'll stay cool fly. We both will live with swaggy style. No matter what that comes our way, we'll be best friend until our day" you both rapped

You laughed at how childish you both were, well that was the sign of your bond. When you two do that handshake it proves how strong your bond with each other is. That's why you two always do that

"Hey Anne!!! Could you help me set up a date for me and my girlfriend?" He asked eyes twinkling

Well that hurt you a lot since you basically liked him for years already yet he only sees you as his best friend, can't blame him, you're unlikable. You smiled weakly but didn't make it obvious, you didn't want to ruin his happy mood, if that girl makes her happy you can't do anything else.

"Sure. But can we go to the mall?" You asked with pleading puppy eyes

"Leggo!" He said pulling you to the mall nearby your school

When you got there you both sat on a bench near the seaside.

"So, what are you planning?" You asked him even though you didn't want to talk about his girlfriend

"Well she wants to celebrate our first monthsary, whatever that is, and why do we even need to celebrate that? That's not even a thing, but she wants to, so I have to give her that" he said

Your heart tightened, he'd do anything for anyone special in his life happy. And I guess that girl is that special to her... It just broke your heart thinking of him doing anything for that girl

"How bout a simple walk around the city?" You hesitantly suggested

"Naaah, she doesn't like to walk for too long, and she always wear heels, I don't want her feet to get wounded" he said

"Dinner?" You suggested again

"It's too common for her" he said putting his hand on his chin

"Amusement park? In the Ferris wheel?" You asked

"I suggested that to her before in our first date but she said it's too cliché" he answered

"Just kill her then" you murmured under your breath

"What?" He asked

"I said let me think" you said irritated

What is wrong with that girl, you thought. She's in a relationship with Vernon! THE Hansol Vernon Chwe! Yet she's so choosy! You wanted to let out your range mode but you couldn't since Vernon might find out that you're jealous.
