“Will you TRY to slow down?!” I yelled the hundredth time now.

“I am driving on my normal speed okay! Stop being a wimp and grow some –” he yelled furious.

“Don’t you DARE finish that sentence Chace.” I threatened.

“Whatever… Wimp.” He said smirking.

He just had to add that didn’t he? “You little son of a –” I started my previous anger for him returning.

“DON’T YOU DARE FINISH THAT SENTENCE ALEX!” he mimicked in a high pitched screeching voice which literally made my ears bleed.

“Ugh! You are insufferable!” I said pulling my hair out.

“Me?” he said taken aback, “I am the insufferable one? You were the one who kicked me in the nuts today!” he said glowering at me for a moment before snapping his eyes back to road.

“Oh yeah? Well you deserved it!” I retorted.

“How did I deserve it?!” he said incredulous.

“How did you NOT deserve it? You were making out with that –that thing in front of me!” I yelled getting beyond mad. “I am your wife! Even if you didn’t want me, I deserve some respect!”

“So due to jealousy you blabbed to her about our marriage? It was supposed to be kept a secret!” he said coolly.

“It didn’t literally blabbed to her about our –” my jaw dropped, “HEY! Who said anything about anyone being jealous?!”

“Well by your reaction it seems like you’re jealous,” he said flatly. “And of course, look at me,” he said, his free hand waving up and down his body, “everyone wants a piece of this.”

I rolled my eyes. “Oh aren’t you so modest…”

He smirked, “That I am. Get out of my car, we are here.” He said while pulling up in front of an impressive building.

I got out of the car slowly while glaring at him. He still wasn’t forgiven for what he did today. It was high time he started to treat me with respect, because if I ignore his player ways with other girls, he will never fall in love with me.

With the thought in mind, I stepped beside him and got enough close to him that I could keep a clear head but our arms still brushed each other when we walked.

When we reached the gates, he rang the bell and said his name in the speaker. The door was opened by a tall brunette lady with hazel eyes. She was really pretty, with a skin that wasn’t blemished, pouty lips, fairly good looking face and a rocking body. Her face lit up when she saw Chace and I saw nothing but the green haze of jealousy.

“Chace!” she said happily in a melodic voice.

Okay, so she wasn’t the average slut around the corner, because her blouse and slacks didn’t reveal anything unnecessarily, but her perfectness made me envy her beauty.

“Hey Ciara,” Chace said with a happy grin on his face. I was taken aback by it. Since, when did Chace did not flirt with a girl?

Her eyes turned to me, and if it could, her smile widened when she seemed to recognize me.

“And you must be his wife, Alexandria.” She smiled brightly, “a pleasure to meet you.”

I blinked confused.

“Not so loud Ciara,” Chace hissed. “It’s supposed to be a secret!”

She rolled her pretty eyes. “I know idiot, I was at the wedding. Come on in now you two,” she said ushering us inside the building.
