2 years later

I would love to say that my life with Creed was all heart and roses. But I can't! That man challenges me every step of the way, refuses to let me in on all the decision making, and if he calls me sweet cheeks one more time, I will rip out his vocal chords.

"Eva let's discuss this like rational adults."

"Take one more step and I will gut it like a fish."

"Okay, okay I can see you are upset."

"Really? How can you tell?"
Pounding footsteps could be heard making their way towards us. "Seriously Creed, you told them!"

The door flew open and my anger level shot through the roof.

"Damn sis, step away from railings." James teased.

"You think this is funny? Take one more step, I swear I will do it and not shed one tear."

"Take it easy, no one is getting near you. Please Eva if you won't do it for us, think about the kids. Do it for little Eva. You will be the best auntie in the world!" Colin pleaded and my heart started wavering. He was low bringing Ky into this.

"If I do this. And I mean if, this will be the last time you make a decision for the both of us without my input." I glared at my mate, as a slow grin cross his face. "Don't you even smile at me. I swear to everyone in this room, this will be the last humiliating thing I will do for this family." I slung my hostage from the air, carrying it over my shoulder. I  place my knife back into my holster. I stomped past the brothers jostling them with hard jabs as I made my way out of the Colin's office.

"We should probably tell her about Halloween." I heard James whispered.

"Hell no, I am not telling her." Colin hissed out a response.

I stalked down the hallway to our room and threw the offensive thing on the bed. I groaned as I looked at, if I didn't love Ky so much I wouldn't even consider doing this.

The door clicked shut behind me and a pair of arms encircled my waist. Creed rested his chin on my head as we both stare at the thing on my bed. "You know you are the best aunt ever."

I sighed twisting in his arms, "Do I really have to do this?"

"Yes, it only be for an hour tops. I will be there, along with Peyton and James."

"What about someone from the pack?" I made one last ditch effort to get out of it.

"Colin already announced that he did not want any help from the pack. That his family would take care of every detail. He wanted to give his people a time off to enjoy the festivities."

"And since I am not in the kitchen slaving with the other woman folk..."

"No, because you can't cook, and Natasha was going to do it but she is too big."

"You mean, James is being an overprotective oaf. She can't take two steps before he is rushing her to a chair."

"Yeah, she us carrying triplets." I was a little envious of her, but my insecurities of not being able to have children was gone. Creed reminded me often how happy he is with our life. I couldn't have agreed more. I love our life together, even during exasperating times like today.

"Okay, I will take this on like I would any other past assignment! I wii be the best Po, a two year-old has ever seen.

A hour later with sweat pouring down my back, I was praying to the goddess for a good gun fight. Anything was better than be stuffed in a costume dressed as one of Ky's favorite tv characters, Po from the Teletubbies. I can't believe Creed volunteered me for this. I wished I had gutted this costume and threw it over the balcony, like I threatened over an hour ago.
