Chapter 37

Natalie's POV

When I wake up, Ross is gone. There's a note on my dresser saying he went to work.

Austin and Ally season 3 starts filming today, I totally forgot.

I go upstairs and Rydel is sitting at the kitchen table eating cereal. I grab a bowl and join her.

"So how was Ohio?" She asks.

"Good. I mostly caught up with old friends."

"Cool. Wanna hang out today?"

"Sure! What do you wanna do?" I ask her.

"We could go get our nails done."

"Okay! Let me get ready and we can go."

I get up and put my bowl in the sink. I really don't feel good all of a sudden.

I run the the bathroom and throw up. Rydel comes in a few minutes later asking me if I'm okay.

"It's probably nothing." I say.

I get ready to go and we head to the mall.

When we're done getting our nails done, we go get something to eat at the food court. We both got Subway.

We finished eating and I didn't feel good again. I take off running to the bathroom.

"Okay, something's wrong." Rydel says running after me.

"I don't know. I'm sure it's nothing."

We go back home and Ross is there.

"Hey girls!" He says as we're walking through the door. "Have fun?"

"Yes. Up until Natalie got sick, again." Del says.

"Is everything okay?" He looks at me worried.

"It's probably from the traveling. I'll be fine."

I go downstairs and change into my pjs. It's only 3:00, but I don't feel good, so I don't care.

When I get back upstairs, Ross is picking out a movie.

"Wanna watch 17 Again?"

Rydel runs downstairs.

"Yes!" We both yell.

We were watching the movie and I must have fallen asleep 'cause the next thing I know Ross is carrying me to my room.

"Shh, go back to sleep, it's okay."

I close my eyes and don't wake up until morning.
