My grandmother loves my first cousin Obadah so much and she loves me so much, so she had the idea to get us married. I respect my cousin so much, he's an amazing man Masha'Allah, but I know him very well and I know that we don't go well together. My uncle was very upset when he heard this because he is 100% opposed to the idea of cousins getting married for medical reasons, my dad is also opposed to it because he doesn't want there to be any hatred to come between him and his brother in case the marriage doesn't work out. So as soon as the idea was brought up it was shut down Alhamdulillah!
